Congrats woot (& mrs woot!)!!! That hotel sounds FAB!!! WOuld you like to share with us which one it was? Was it buffet style food?

It was the El Dorado Royale in Riveria Maya - the only buffet was breakfast, the rest was all a la carte.

Okay, here is todays menu ;)

B: 2 Weetabix and skimmed milk with a banana chopped in (HEA & HEB)
L: FF Natural yoghurt & oranges
D: Creamy mushroom & tomato pasta (SW recipe)

And I'm going to try the "fake ferrero rochers" and see how they turn out. They'll be 1 syn each so however many I get through will be my syns for the day ;)

Edit: Oh no, it's a green day! Now I need to find more HEB... :rotfl:

  • Hi all,

It was my last exam today so I'm treating myself to a Greek style feast! Anyone know if there's any syns in vine leaves? I'm making dolmades from scratch and as long as I stick to EE I can't see that I'm having any syns tonight:T

    So far today I've had...
    B-fruit and yogurt
    L - chicken, salad and wotsits (I think they're 4.5)
D - dolmades, salad, wholemeal pitta(HEB), chicken souvlaki, pork chop and any other meat that gets thrown at the BBQ! :rotfl:
Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not after you.:p

Back on the Slimming World wagon...

Afternoon all - hope we're all well?

I have had 16.5 syns today so far and that must stop!

Food has been good - treats bad! No more syns for me today - promise:o

Breakfast - Hifi bar (B choice)
    Mid morning - banana
Lunch - couscous, grapes, raspberries, satsuma
Tea - quorn burger, new potatoes, cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, pickled beetroot and cabbage, cheese (A choice), boiled egg

On the positive side, I have walked the dog for 20 mins this morning and a brisk 45 mins after work and will go again a bit later.

Am starving now - must wait until after 6pm for tea though or I'll be having another one at 8pm!:p

They are YUMMY!!!! 8syns but worth every one *drool* I top them with a scrape of tomato puree or ketchup, top with mushroom and wilted spinach then cover with a HE worth of cheese, about 5-10 mins in a hot oven and seve with SW wedges - Pizza n chips!!

I got them from Asda, about £1.70 I think for a packet of 6

These are the ones i used £1.20 ish for pack of 6 - already pre-sliced so sort of like 2 pizzas!

I went for the square ones instead as the sandwich thins just looked too small :rotfl:! may have one for tea with SW chips/wedges

You're not alone in this one! My system seems to grind to a halt after the weekend and with a Tuesday weigh-in that's not good!

Is it that i do less rushing around at the weekend? Or just that my system knows.......

It is so typical - nothing all weekend and then this morning at the usual time about 7.30am the call of nature arrives :o [sorry tmi] WHY???????
Unless it was the strawberries hey Dizzy? :rotfl:

My thought is at the weekends I am usually still asleep at 7.30am so haven't had my breakfast but then again when I do have breakfast nothing happens so go figure :p
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
