Work stress and lack of dancing (coz teacher on hols all month:mad:) mainly to blame, hopefully the work situation should be better this week and I will go swimming this week to get some exercise;)

I haven’t weighed myself – too scared!! :eek:But I do have a houseful of SW friendly food and will do a meal plan today - OH needs to shift a pound or 10 before our holidays so he can eat the same as me!:rotfl:

I haven’t read the thread for the last few days but will try to catch up later

B: Boiled eggs and soldiers (HEB)
    S: fruit and yoghurt
L: Salad with Sainsbugs endame and butterbean salad (Free I think or very low syn) fruit

Definatlely took the scenic route me. BUT todays WI is -2lb :j [& thats without 'going' for 2 days, with ya Dizzy :rotfl:] biggest loss in ages, not that I need big losses but still makes me feel good especially after yesterdays grumble. Must have been that stomping walk to waitrose combined with the cross country stroll in the evening that did it.

Why is it that I'm regular as clockwork mon-fri but weekends can't go? Drives me mad especially as WI is a Sunday .

You're not alone in this one! My system seems to grind to a halt after the weekend and with a Tuesday weigh-in that's not good!

Is it that i do less rushing around at the weekend? Or just that my system knows.......

Mr CY is off today - using up holiday (and getting under my feet!;)) So he has said he will cook tea.... I wait to see what he's bringing back from town!....

Rest of the day will be EE

Breakfast - porridge (A+B) with nana, stawbs, rasps and blueberries

    snack - apple, pear,

Lunch - dynorod soup, ryvita and FF activia

    snack - orange, apple

tea - will let you know.....

Morning all! I haven't had the most sw friendly weekend! Yesterday was okish till OH decided to watch the blimming grand prix ...... it went on forever and I was soooo bored! i ended up in the kitchen baking biscuits and OMG they are soooooo good!! They're for OH while we're away really to build up his calories as we're hoping to go walking lots!

Does anyone live anywhere that has a reasonable weather forecast for the rest of this week? We're still trying to decide where to go and as we're camping we're trying to find somewhere where the weather will be okish!!!

    So, today is EE:

    Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), banana
Lunch - mixed salad, salad cream (1), corned beef quiche (2)
Tea - spaghetti, meatballs, tomatoey sauce, salad.

OH is cooking tea which only happens once in ablue moon so I'm really looking forward to it!

    EE for me today:
B: NAS squash, HEB toast, tomatoes, mushrooms and egg, HEA milk in teas
L: pasta salad with roasted veg and red beans
D: smoked haddock, sweet poatao wedges, green beans
Snacks: got some HEB to eat up and satsumas

blue-monkey, it's worth trying frozen yogurt as an ice-cream substitute. I don't like yogurt much in the 'runny' form but frozen I do enjoy Muller toffee or banana custard flavour. Stirring a banana into the custard one makes a tasty pudding too.

    Afternoon All,

I have had a good weekend food wise

Friday we went down the sea front & whilst everyone tucked into fish & chips, i had left over diet coke quorn & a couple of pickled eggs! I did have a chip from each person - 4 chips in total, bringing my total syn value for Friday to 3.5!
Saturday i tried to make a pizza using Warburtons sandwich thins (5syns each) - i must say it was lovely - little soggy in the middle, but very nice! Total syns 8!
Sunday i made diet coke chicken for everyone and had egg 'fried' rice with it! Total syns for Sunday 12!

So apart from last Wednesday with my visit to the Veggie Red Lion (i can't believe i have eaten where the famous MrsM has eaten - i hope i sat in the right seat to have your willpower rub off on me! lol) and the chocolate cake, i should be in for a good loss this week!

Just had a fire alarm at work - thought it was a drill, but no-one was testing it - luckily there was no fire (you would like to think i would have seen it in my office as aparently that was where the 'fire' was!), they reckon it was dirt/cobwebs in the detectors!

    Fingers crossed for WI tonight!

My brother text me this morning & has given up - said he is not going to SW tonight & doubt he will go again! So on my own again!

Anyone got any ideas on what to do with lots of parsnips?

Good luck for this week & well done to all the losers out there!

Struggling today. I've feeling a bit rubbish and still sat in pj's but no food to make for dinner so have to try force myself out to get some or it'll end up being not SW food
