Hi Jammygal, the above list doesn't sound like an EE day to me ... you are supposed to have at least one-third superfree with each meal and there's none with your breakfast or lunch. I assume there were some vegetables (not peas, parsnips, potatoes!) with your dinner. Not wishing to discourage you but thought you might like to know:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Nearly end of week 2 and im struggling.
weigh in tuesday lost 5lb by doing easy plan last week.
But getting bored this week.
had tough time personally and been hectic so been really hard dident realise how much i snack and munch on biscuits/chocolate when stressed its hard habit to break.
Also kitchen on rundown need to do another foodshop.
but it wont stop raining.!
had abouy20syns a day last few days.
did lot of running in wii fit today hoping that help.
not sure baby on growth spurt but feeding more feel tired.
Had 2slices of whomeal bread today as allowed extra fibre option.
ran out ofhalf spoon and drank too much coffee so just 8syns already on sugar and about 2.5 on low fat spread.
Did slimming world boalanise with pasta -free wih 28g cheese part ofmy dairy allowance.
hoping to lose 2lbtuesday.
suppost to be family day out to legolandtommorow.
taking packed lunch but dont know what to take.
need to do online shopas runningout of fruit again.
hubby will moanthe diets pricey.
if I roast a chicken in frylite is that syn free?
as was going to have 1chicken and salad sandwich tommorow.
take loads of fruit and raw vegetables - carrots, cauliflower, etc. A tub of fat free yoghurt will do to dip both fruit and vegetables into! Re the chicken, why add any fat at all? I never have (even pre SW).:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

Thanks Blackberry I appreciate you pointing that out I did have onions, brocolli and carrots this evening and a load of strawberries. I also had tomatoes with my lunch but will check to make sure I am having enough superfree0 -

Well. I'm glad I was in the park at 7.30am in the sun after the day we've had! Monsoon-like!
Just back from 30mins walk with the dog in the drizzle, I hate being cooped up!
Today hasn't been brilliant but not awful....
No breakfast - just wasn't hungry
Lunch - reduced fat houmous (B choice) and 3 breadsticks (3 syns) , grapes, raspberries and a small dollop of chocolate spread (3 or 4 syns)
Tea - lots of free salad, pickled beetroot and cabbage, cheese (A choice), boiled egg, few baby new potatoes
Snack while watching film - salt and vinegar chipstickslots of syns
Will probably have a mullerlight later for something sweet whilst watching telly.
I have been through a wardrobe today and tried some of last years clothes on and can happily say that they are way too big - they look daft and can't be worn and are now in a bag for the charity shop.:T
Pity I haven't got loads of cash to buy a whole new wardrobe for the slimmer me;) Maybe I'll win the lottery?0 -

Yes, that would be fine. What I do if I'm having breakfast without SFs (like boiled eggs or something) is have a couple of satsumas or an apple mid-morning. I don't always want fruit at meal times and (while it may not be the official way) I think if you have a third SF through the day it should work. Well it has for me, albeit by the scenic route!;)
EE for me:
B: NAS squash, HEB Puffed Wheat, HEA milk and strawberries
L: roast beef (in pub so some syns in gravy, yorkshire and roasties) plus broccoli, carrots and onionSW bolognaise with extra veg
plus wine syns
Portion size in pub was quite small so I'm having bolognese in a moment. It's rained steadily ALL day and it's really cold so I need more to eat! Anyone else noticed they feel the cold more without blubber??
I'm having a syn free day tomorrow to make up for a bit of over-indulgence today then off on holiday Tuesday.:j0 -
I've had a school camp and BBQ this weekend and I've eaten about a 300 syns this weekend so I am pretty sure I am going to have put on for my first weigh in... still, tomorrow is another day. This only happens once a year, I did not think on it very well and should have done this Weds as my first week. Still, on with the show!!
I think I am going to try Red next week. Can I have red every day if I want? She did not explain Red or Green to us at all and said 'EE would be easier'. buy I actually do not feel at all healthy being able to eat when I want, I think I need to restrict myself more and I would prefer to eat cereal instead of fruit, so this might well be better for me. I thought I would be excited about eggs and bacon but I am bored now and it's only been a few days, LOL. I know it is all psychological though.
I have had a rough week and I think my head is not in the right place however, I think I need to put on to give myself a kick up the backside.0
