Mahoooooosive well dones to Mags & MrsM on tremendous losses this week
backhoe hope the littleun feels better soon......tis a real worry when they get ill like that:eek: and any naughtiness in the form of wine was very much 'medicinal' to calm the nerves so you most certainly are excused :A;)
Hugs to those that are struggling......remember though that the Dizzy wagon has plenty of spare seats - its seeming a little empty of late (is my driving a little erratic & Ive hit a few too many potholes :rotfl:)

Morning all
well done losers
I fell totally off the wagon yesterday, we went to visit my best friend who lives in Bristol. She is pregnant so we had a mini baby shower for her. Went out for lunch and I had a pizzaand then back at hers we had cupcakes
. Ah well! Back on plan today, and will be low syn. Going to make some syn free stuff today - soup, pasta bake and flapjacks.
will post my meal plan later once I know what I'm eating

Eugh.... 2lb gain for me this morning :eek::eek::(:(:(
It's not a complete mystery to me (are these things ever truely unexplainable?:o). I had to bake a vast number of cakes for an event this weekend and although i resisted sampling the finished products, I'm sure a few spoons of mixture crept into my mouth... and the choc button toppings.... and the choc coverered strawberries etc etc. Plus then spent all day yesterday serving the buffet so ate too many sandwiches, crisps then had a huge pile of pasta and pesto (? syns in pesto?) for dinner.
Anyway... after WI this morning I went for a 4 mile run in the sunshine and don't feel too bad about it really. Onward and upward for a 100% week...
So far today:
B: weetabix and milk (i am going to go back to weetabix as cereal as it stops me over-estimating the portion without faff of getting the scales out in a morning!)
S: banana after my run, strawberries and FF yog.
Out for pub lunch with OH this aft, so will try be good. All red/green/EE options are still open so should be able to find something yummy while staying on plan.0 -

They are syn free, but count as one HEB. I got the recipe off Minimins, and I double the apricots rather than use the prunes.
Here you go - HEB flapjacks
I made them 2 weekends ago, they are quite nice. They freeze well too.

Well done MrsM & Mags you pair of BIG losers you :rotfl:I am so impressed with big losses as never had many myself. Definatlely took the scenic route me. BUT todays WI is -2lb :j [& thats without 'going' for 2 days, with ya Dizzy :rotfl:] biggest loss in ages, not that I need big losses but still makes me feel good especially after yesterdays grumble. Must have been that stomping walk to waitrose combined with the cross country stroll in the evening that did it.
Why is it that I'm regular as clockwork mon-fri but weekends can't go? Drives me mad especially as WI is a Sunday .
Today is my off day but will have plenty of superfrees to go with the flatbread, 'proper' quiche, [full fat] coleslaw & potato salad . That is usually the only meal I have on a Sunday, the rest is usually fruit/yog and still have sw humous to finish so will have that if peckish.
Off to trail round MrS for stuff I didn't get from MrT, might look at clothes too.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
