Well so much for the chicken tikka. Have just got back from out of hours doc with number2 son. He's been off colour for a couple of days but earlier decided to start shallow breathing, not eating, not energy followed by trying to chuck up what wasnt in his tummy (he's 3). Shallow breathing was very scary. However he's had a good check over, nothing obviously wrong, didn't stop talking all the way back (about 10 miles) and is now safely tucked up in bed.

So the lovely SW food tonight is a glass of wine and cheese and biccies (can't be bothered with nowt else!! lol).

Extra good day tomorrow for me.

Not done anything different apart from taking a dish of fruit into work to snack on. I have taken a liking to large oranges but as they are a bit messy to peel I prep them in the morning and take them in a plastic box with a sprinkling of grapes/blueberries or strawberries and just pick on it all day.

Nothing - absolutely NOTHING tastes as good as baggy trousers feel;)

3lbs off for me this week :j-so Im just 1.5lbs away from dropping into the 12 stone bracket
SO today has got off to a start ......

Hubby has just left for his golf, so Im going to get on and do my meal plan and Im going to start planning my exercise too....

SO then my red carb curfew for today looks like this:-
    8am
    apple
    2 weetabix (B)
    250ml semi
    (A)
    12
    cottage cheese
    4 Krisprolls (8)
    beetroot
    tomatoes
    peppers

    4pm
    pineapple
    melon
    71g semi dried apricots
    (B)
    7pm
    roast chicken
    carrots
    broccoli
    onions

    250ml semi (A)
So I make that 2A+Bs and 8 syns -leaving 7 syns in case I decide to add anything to my meals -although I can't see me needing to, but ya never know

Right I will get off and do some catching up and then get on with my planning
    Have a great day everyone..

  • Morning all, been a bit MIA this week with all the exams:eek:
According to the wii fit I havent have a weight change, but my BMI has dropped a bit so I must have lost some somewhere along the way. Nan's back at home so it's all cream cakes, pastry and chips in the house :( I have been a good girl though and resisted most of them - sausage rolls are my downfall:o

Last exam on Monday and after that I can swap revision for exercise again:T I was toying with the idea of joining the gym but the thought of all those skinny people bouncing around looking fabulous while I'm all red faced, huffing and puffing and collapsing in the corner puts me off. I used to go to the gym before, back when I was a size 22, even though I was a big girl I was still pretty fit and could outlast my stick insect friend on the treadmill but the looks I used to get just put me off...

Right, bootsale this morning. Have a great day everyone!
Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not after you.:p

Congrats to Mags and MrsM for the great losses :j

Not sure what I am eating today yet. Sunday is normally my chance for a lay in but today I was woken before 8 by a drunk couple having a domestic outside - great way to start the day
