    Thank you.

The irony was that I was accused of not feeding the kids enough - as if anyone in my house goes hungry!!!!!

How ridiculous is that!!! Haven't they heard about SW and how you can eat loads and how healthy it is!!!! Hope you're feeling OK now?

Ok so have done EE today, but have missed out HEB. Does this matter/make any difference?

We had a relief consultant (also area manager) the other week who was adamant that as they were extras they weren't essential. Personally, I would say that now and again it wouldn't matter but longer term you might have to be sure that you got nutrients (like calcium in HEAs) from other foods.

    Morning All

I've been MIA this week as it's been a very stressful week and I ended it yesterday by eating MCDs and cake! So back to it today and hopefully it won't be too bad.

Congratulations woot and Mrs woot - you look fab!

    Have a good day all

Thanks for that. I don't intend on it being a regular thing, just didn't have it yesterday for some reason.

Just looked and a flavoured sachet is 6.5 syns and a plain one is 5. HTH

    Not sure about HEB.

    FOUND IT!

27g plain sachet plus I Ryvita wholegrain is a HEB.

Why is SW site so fiddly to navigate!!

I agree with the site being fiddly! Took me ages to find all the list downloads when I first joined, you'd think they'd be the first thing people would be looking for ;)

    Todays Green Plan:

B: 2 Weetabix with skimmed milk (HEB & part HEA)
    L: Baked sweet potato
D: Baked Cannelloni from SW site (1 syn & part HEA)
S: Light Choices cereal bar (HEB), fruit & low fat natural yoghurt
