Going to seafront tonight with Mum etc. they are having fish & chips but i am taking the leftovers - might have to nick a chip though! Then we are going to play on penny machines - so might not have my scan bran - just another cereal bar instead.

I read that post as you did not have to have your brain scan - I read it several times - but I could still not work out why you was having a cereal bar instead. Is this what lack of food does?

Re the SW chips - I also microwave spuds until cooked but firm- cut into wedges, spray with frylite & bake in HOT oven. Have done for years, before SW - very rare to have a problem with em, but do occasionally which must mean it's the type of spud as I do it the same every time.
If you par boil they can easily get too soft & fall apart.

    Sorry for the confusion

I might have a cereal bar for my healthy extra b choice instead of the scan bran as we are out & i may not have time to eat the scan bran when i am home

    Does that make sense?

Why the lack of food? You shouldn't be hungry!

i think your right, not had sugar for over a week. i was a right tea belly with 2 sugars each time and possibly 10 -12 cups a day!

You will feel better soon - promise. My 1st few days i felt like i was about to combust lol. Now, 13 weeks on i have more energy, more get up and go and am lots lighter :) Took about 5 days to start to feel normal, and within a few more i felt super charged!!

No need to apologise, it was my reading. I should have added one of these. :o

Also, I should have not said 'lack of food' I meant 'lack of crisps'. And chocolate. And sweets. And cake. :rotfl:

I just tried cottage cheese, it tastes like lumpy yogurt!?

I am sat here drinking the rest of my Peartiser.... 10.5 syns  but I shall have no more syns and it gets it out of the way to start tomorrow with no Peartiser holding me back ;)

    Today:
B - Apple (had no time)
    L - Weetabix (HEA & HEB)
D - Steak and SW Chips with a baked potato (incase I fail with the chips ;))

Will just have to snack on fruit today, can't afford anymore syns!

You are braver than me trying cottage cheese. Just the look of it puts me off!!! lol

Altho always said I would never try any quorn product (which I did the other night and enjoyed it) so theres hope yet that one day I might just try cottage cheese.

Got to agree, it doesn't look very appealing! I have a tub of it in the fridge but I just use it to cook with :)

I am not veggie but I use alot of quorn too.

partly because I grew up in a veggie household and am abit iffy about cooking meat. and partly for cost reasons.

the quorn chicken nuggets are fab - they taste like macdonalds ones and are 0.5 syns each
