Just back from WI with a 2.5 lb loss to report:D

I'm really pleased with that -as its my last WI before my 'magic ear' Op so I wanted a decent loss.

3.5 to go for my 3 stone shiney :) Cuba is keeping me focussed :A

Evening all. Well done on the losses :T

Back from WI and I have put on 1lb. Not surprising really, as I ate and drank a load of carp at the weekend. Also not surprising as my mum took me for a meal at harvester tonight just before WI :rotfl:

Determined to be good though, I have come home and have just made another panfull of courgette & watercress soup. Think that will be my lunch for the next few days, unless I eat it all tomorrow :D.

    EE today

B: banana, mullerlight, alpen light (.5 HEB), milk in teas (HEA)
    S: satsuma
L: sw lasagne, satsuma, alpen light (.5 HEB)
D: spatchcock chicken, baked potato (3 for spread), corn on the cob, salad, wm roll (6). 7up zero to drink
LBM Dec 10. Total unsecured debt £41176  Nov 12 Debt Free Thanks Mum x RIP x

    2013 Savings £250
    2013 OP £3500

It's the cocktails as well as the guacamole :D

We went to a gourmet resort, the food they were serving for free was insane, the kind of stuff I have happily paid hundreds for in this country - and we worked out that since May 17th there has only been one day where I wasn't drinking. That's the biggest issue - 9 or 10 pints a day for two weeks...
Whatever doesn't kill me, can only make me stronger.

My favourite way with SW schips is to use new potatoes, halved and par boiled. Then drain, put in a wok with fry light. Add rosemary. Use a potato mashed to squash them a little bit, just so the skins burst. Then "fry" until crispy. YUM ;-)

Found out about the cereal bars, looks like they have newly been added to the HEB list :) so I munched one ;)

    Today:
B: Apple, Tesco value cereal bar (4 syns)
D: Spaghetti carbonara (HEA - cheese)
S: Orange, Tesco Light Choices cereal bar (HEB), peartiser (8 syns )

So I make that 12 syns. Ohh look, my first meals posting ;)
Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.

maybe I'm lucky that my poison is always margeritas rather than beer or creamy cocktails...*phew*lol
The food out there in the better hotels is to die for I agree ! we've been 4 times now & always do 4*plus or 5.
I'm of the opinion If your going on holiday you go to enjoy EVERYTHING regardless of the excess baggage you bring home on your Aris :rotfl: - you don't go there to stick to SW (well I certainly don't:o) Glad you had a good time ;)

Just to say that this ecoli thing with salad stuff - the upside is that everything is now on offer :D MrT has cucumbers 2 for £1 and cherry toms are 2 for £1.50 [probably other stuff but thats all I buy :o]. Keep it up I say :rotfl:
