Well off for first WI this morning. I've done fairly well (I think) apart from the weekend wine but that was medicinal! lol. Will report back later.

    Morning all

I'm off to see Take That later today :D so may have a slightly off plan day. Planning on having a big SW veggie fry up before I leave at midday, and we are going for lunch so will try have a veggie tomato pasta or chilli to be low syn. Not drinking so that will help

Enjoy your trip lisa and the concert flutterby. Wish I was doing something exciting, but at least the internet is working at work at the moment ;)

Didn't have the vodka after all last night, so stuck to my 10.5 syns.

    EE today

B: satsuma, banana, mullerlight, teas with milk (HEA)
S: alpen light (.5 HEB), satsuma
L: courgette & watercress soup, batchelors savoury rice, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, salad leaves, ex light mayo (.5) satsuma
S: alpen light (.5 HEB), satsuma, maybe another mullerlight
D: pork & pepper kebabs, bbq beef kebabs (1), new potatoes, plenty of salad. skinny cow lolly (3.5)

I seem to have brought 4 satsumas to work today, good job I like them :D

    Green day

    B - Strawbs & ff yog
L - Baked Bean Lasagne (1 syn or 1/6 hea!)
D - Either omelette of some description or quorn sausage & wedges??? DH has requested an omelette with bacon & mushroom, but not sure i fancy it - might even have some batchelors macaroni cheese with added beans & sweetcorn  decisions decisions
whatever i have i will be having parmesan parsnips with it!
S - Milk in coffee (hea) 5 Scan bran (heb) with white choc options/lemon curd quark (2), Fibre plus bar/2 alpen lights (heb), cherries, ff activia

Might make a quiche for lunches for the week, need to go shopping as only 1 tub quark left, 1 tub ff cottage cheese left & about 3 yogs! So reckon it will be Mr T on way home!

Anyone know of any offers on at the mo?

Feel really sluggish and a bit down to be honest this morning - probably down to afore mentioned hectic home life and the prospect of a big audit in work today and tomorrow, but need to try and keep my chin up and make the effort - I am hoping that losing a few pounds at least will give me a bit of a personal lift and some incentive.........still not sure if I am eating/doing the right things - grateful for whatever advice you veterans can offer.......

B 2 x weetabix (dry) and an apple
S muller light and some blackberies
L brown rice, chicken, peppers, mushrooms, courgettes and some grapes
D something with chicken, onions, passata, peppers, courgettes (all the leftover vegetables) and probably some berries (again)
Might have some ryvita and tomatoes for snacking on this evening.

Using the milk for coffees..........can't do without coffee.....plus will need it to escape away from revenue auditors in work....

I feel like I am eating too much to lose weight - please tell me that this really works - I feel quite greedy eating all this lot.....

Looks good to me! I have a humungus appetite, I eat loads and the weight comes off - slowly in my case but still goes in the right direstion :D

I finished yesterday on 7.5 syns :D I'm trying to shake it up a bit and vary what I eat this week :)

    Today's plan

B: Potato rosti, eggs, ketchup (1)
    S: yoghurt, banana
L: salad, Tesco morrocan couscous (2)
    S: Mango, blueberries
D: Portabello mushrooms stuffed with spinach, couscous and feta (HEB) rosemary & garlic potatoes

Supper - probably hummus (HEB) and veggie dippers

Still got some of those 1syn buns in the freezer if I need a sweet fix:( and I will no doubt have some syns along the way :)

I will either go swimming or for a walk at lunchtime;)

I'm off to see Take That later today :D

Ooooh I'll see you there Flutterby! I think we're going to Yo! Sushi for dinner before, which isn't the best, but I get a huge bowl of rice and top with soy sauce to fill me up.
