happy_family wrote: »Hello everyone.
I did SW a long time ago and lost quite a bit of weight. Loads to lose now, i bought the SW books off ebay as i can't get to a class. I am a bit confused as it was only red/green days last time i did it but noe there is extra easy....how can you have unlimited potatoes/meat etc AND lose weight???? Also need some dinner ideas which are suitable for all the family (Hubby and 3 kiddlywinks)
Any help MUCH appreciated. This has got to be the time i do it, i am feeling very unhealthy now and sister in law getting married next year and i want to choose an outfit that i want to wear not just one that fits.
Thanx
Have a read through the first post on this thread by Consultant 31 where she explains the Extra Easy plan in an easy to understand format.
With EE you can make almost anything you currently eat SW friendly and it'll fit the plan.

weigh in last night and lost 1lb. I was a bit disappointed as I had been very good after the run in with 2 pints of Guinness on wednesday last week! But i think * might be about to arrive. Given that * lasted most of last month apart from the days when the GP gave me some tablets I have no idea when to expect it to turn up this month! But as i am away at the weekend - tickets to see David Tennant on stage (drool) it will doubtless turn up soon!
But as so often happens the week when you feel you've done really well results in a disappointment on the scales - so I measured myself last night - and an extra inch seems to have been decluttered from my waist measurements! And a teacher at school commented on my weight loss this week too!:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
Morning Folks
Hope all is well - drank loads of water yesterday and think I would qualify if peeing were an Olympic sport......
So far the plan for today.....
B Alpen Light bar, Muller Light, some grapes and strawberries
S Slice of water melon
L Left overs from dinner - brown rice, mushrooms, chicken, courgettes, peppers
D cajun chicken and salad
Don't know what else yet...........
Keeping the milk for the essential coffees as usual. Feeling really peckish for fruit at this exact moment in time, but nowhere to go and get some as I am at work, and we aren't near any shops - trying to find excuse to skive and buy some - this SW lark must be having a weird effect on me if I'm contemplating going AWOL for 20 mins in search of fruit!!!
Still feel like I am eating too much for this too work, though..........the numbers on the scales on Friday should be the proof! Does anyone else feel this way? Feel like a bit of a fraud to be honest......
Have a good day y'all0 -

Flutter _ glad you enjoyed take that, I am seeing them next month, can't wait! Don't worry too much about the pizza, it was a one off.
EE as always:
B - fibre plus bar (heb) and melon
S - cherries
L - chicken salad and crisps (5)
S - cherries
D - cheese, mushroom and ham omelette and salad (hea)
Going to marriage preparation classes tonight and there is always cake on offer so will save rest of my syns for small piece of cake!0 -
First WI and I lost 3.5 kbs. I think the scales are wrong.
I am not complaining though. Feeling better about the whole thing now though.
