Morning folks :hello: Finished yesterday on 8.5syns :D so my rear end is still firmly secured on the DizzyTank :rotfl:
I had a sneaky look at the scales this morning and hopefully last weeks pigification won't have done tooooo much damage :o

    Today's plan
B: Rosti and eggs, ketchup (1)
    S: yoghurt, banana
L: Salad, couscous, roasted BNS and red onion
    S: Orange, mango
D: Either diet coke Quorn, new pots and veggies or egg, chips and beans.......today is my public transport day (OH has the car) and it sometimes takes aaaaaaaages to get home  but I do get some Body Magic from walking :D

As usual I'll have my HE's for supper

At weigh in last night I lost 3 and a half pounds! :D

I have not lost that much since my second week of SW last September, so I'm really chuffed. I think putting on 2lbs last week gave me the shake up that I needed.

Basically I stayed on plan for 7 days and kept a food diary, so that goes to show it works.

This week I am finding the apricot and prune flapjacks very useful for an evening nibble (thank you to the recipe poster) and the SW quiche very useful for lunch at work.

Also, as many others, I have got a taste for apples - never liked them much before, so never bought them. I decided to give them another chance and now I'm crunching away merrily.

Part of last nights discussion was that strawberries make you "go" and too many bananas could have the opposite effect. Interesting!

I'm remaining firmly on that tank, your driving's fine Dizzy.

WI tonight - not really sure what to expect after my 24lb gain from my Honeymoon! I've been fairly well behaved but not 100%. Would hope to have lost something, but haven't noticed any differences at all in myself this week...

Is artificial sweetener free? I just plonked some in my weetabix and it tastes so much better!

Nessie216 - thanks, those flapjacks may not be as good as "normal" ones, but they will do for me!

I had some very tasty cauliflower soup in a restaurant and asked what herb they had put in - it was sage, so hope this helps. I've not tried making it myself yet, but it was very good.

Hello hope you don't mind me joining in I am a lurker :)
I've done SW many times of the years and decided 3 weeks ago enough is enough and started back to class. I decided to give Extra Easy a go having only ever done green or red and found it really good. I followed the plan exactly stayed within 5 - 10 syns each day and first WI gained 1/2 lb :mad::mad: - I was fuming!!! 2nd week i emailed my consultant each day and again followed it exactly - she said my food diary was good and i lost 2lb at WI. Now I am normally used to losing at least 6lbs at this point so i am not sure what is going wrong? I am due to WI tomorrow night and i honestly feel like a beached whale. Its star week and I am really afraid to WI now because I know I will be so disheartened :(
Did anyone else experience a gain 1st week? I am trying so hard and yet I really don't feel like its working as well as it did previously!!
