Wootball - we honeymooned at the eldorado royale in mexico too. Loved it so much we bought into the holiday share.... if I'd have know you could have had it half price! The food there was AMAZING!!!! Those banana pancakes in the morning were sensational and drinking daiquiris at the swim up bar was pure bliss.

    I agree!

We are going back there hopefully next year for a friends wedding - anything you can do??

Ooooh I'll see you there Flutterby! I think we're going to Yo! Sushi for dinner before, which isn't the best, but I get a huge bowl of rice and top with soy sauce to fill me up.

    Enjoy!! :D

    Morning all

I'm off to see Take That later today :D so may have a slightly off plan day. Planning on having a big SW veggie fry up before I leave at midday, and we are going for lunch so will try have a veggie tomato pasta or chilli to be low syn. Not drinking so that will help

*getting all excited for TT but i have a couple of weeks to go yet*

Looks good to me! I have a humungus appetite, I eat loads and the weight comes off - slowly in my case but still goes in the right direstion :D

I finished yesterday on 7.5 syns :D I'm trying to shake it up a bit and vary what I eat this week :)

    Today's plan

B: Potato rosti, eggs, ketchup (1)
    S: yoghurt, banana
L: salad, Tesco morrocan couscous (2)
    S: Mango, blueberries
D: Portabello mushrooms stuffed with spinach, couscous and feta (HEB) rosemary & garlic potatoes

Supper - probably hummus (HEB) and veggie dippers

Still got some of those 1syn buns in the freezer if I need a sweet fix:( and I will no doubt have some syns along the way :)

I will either go swimming or for a walk at lunchtime;)

Hi rockie, as you're not having any meat then you might as well call that a green day and have an extra HEB and also another A if you want. i assume you mean HEA for the feta?

    Good afternoon all

Well done on the losses folks :T

Hope all those that are of out n about on jollies, going to concerts etc have a lovely time

Another gym session done :j-It was busier today but I got another 45 mins in on the exercise bike -320cals used and 24km covered, then I did a few weight thingies AND THEN I walked home again, rather than wait for hubby to finish playing hockey
We should be playing badminton later -just waiting for confirmation on what time - 5pm-6pm, or 6pm-8pm.... or somewhere in between -depending on when we are playing we need to nip for yet more water, milk and bits n bobs afterwards.
It does mean that I know what food Im having but not quite sure how I will end up splitting it up (once I know what time Im playing badminton -I will jiggle things around to suit )
So then -here is my red carb curfew for now:-
    6am
    2 weetabix (B)
    250ml semi
    (A)
    10am
    banana
    2pm
    salmon fillet
    lettuce
    cucumber
    tomatoes
    celery
    radish
    peppers

    mixed berries
    100g nat yog
    6pm
    2 boiled eggs
    42g low fat feta (4.5)
    5x 1/2 walnuts (5)
    10 hazelnuts (5)
    10 almonds (5)
    75g semi dried apricots
    (B)
    250ml semi (A)
Now I know my 6pm meal looks a bit odd but I don't want anything heavy before I play or after I finish -so Im going for less volume but more nutritionally dense if that makes sense. I may well end up eating part at 6pm and part about 9pm...we will see
Anyhoo that comes to 2A+Bs and 19.5 syns -so smack on again...

Well I was a little bit naughty last night -I ordered the last of Jillians books -"Unlimited -how to build an exceptional life"
oh and a heart rate monitor so I can keep track of how much Im burning off when Im working out.....me finks me might become a geek

Anyway I had better get off and catch up -have a lovely day everyone and keep up the great work!!
    -6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.5
  • today so far.....

    weetabix with skimmed mik (heb)
    kiwi fruit
    hm tom soup syn free
    prawn salad
dinner proberly pasta tom sauce and salad and loads more fruit
Make the most of each day, live life with no regrets:j

    -3.5, -1, missed week,

 Hey all, Ive been hiding but still sticking to SW, I doubt I will ever stop the SW way now ;)

Firstly, there are loads of abbreviations going around I am a bit lost :o

    What is MIA?
DH, DD & DS I am fairly certain is hubby, daughter son, but what is the D stand for? Been trying to work that one out for ages, best I could come up with was Dear, but not everyones hubby is dear, so Im probably wrong lol

Also, I wanted to share what I use for my pizza base, I buy wholemeal barm cakes slice through the middle and have 2 mini pizzas, no syns just a HEB, or if its on the biggish side 2 HEB's. I often do these on my green days with tomato puree, HEA grated cheese, mushrooms & red onion served with SW chips, its so lovely and feels totally naughty eating it.

Lisa & Mamam Happy Holidays :D

And the lucky few who are seeing Take That, hope its amazing as I am sure it will be. If you get the chance please give them a kiss from me :rotfl:

    GREEN DAY FOR ME:
    B: Strawb yog & banana
L: Egg & cheese (HEA) salad
S: alpen lights (HEB), satsumas, melon chunks, mango fingers
T: Veg fritatta & baked beans (HEA)
S: Strawbs & muller, alpen lights (HEB), cadbury highlights (2)
    snackajacks (4.5)

It is indeed Dear, or Dearest. I'm not a fan ;)

MIA = Missing in Action :)
