Not as bad as 7 syns so don't worry - they get a free food allowance for the fat free yoghurt and are 2/2.5 syns each depending on flavour

Ohh thanks, they were destined never to be touched!

You guys will be glad I join properly tomorrow so will stop quite so many questions ;)

What are you keeping them for, susie? Surely, you're not planning to wear them ever again?

Well....Mr Dizzy wants me to stop when I reach 10 stone - the weight I was when we met (I'm 11st 4 now) BUT its not about what MrDizzy wants! ;):rotfl:
I'm thinking possibly around 9st 2, Im 5ft 3 so I'l just have to see how I feel as I go along I suppose. So Ive got anything up to 2 stone still to shift before november

On the subject of late night munchies......
I've been getting these every time I do red days  I usually end up with 3 slices of ham rolled up with cottage cheese inside and some tomato and a yog :o

I agree dizzy that you could afford to be less than 10 stone at 5ft 3 but 10 stone is a good enough target to be working with for now. If you could manage a 1lb a week until November, you'd be very close.

It's strange but my DH (and a few friends) started to suggest that I've lost enough. I'm 5ft 9 and my target is 10st 7 (only 5.5lbs to go). Strangely they all seem to forget that I was never heavier than 10 stone until a few years back. When I get back from my holiday, I'm going to go for my target and then think hard about whether another half stone is a good idea.

Managed with just a toffee Muller as a late snack tonight. I've almost perfected ice cream consistency.:)

D - Going to a vegetarian pub for dinner with a mate - think i have decided on the lentil & veg shepards pie - seems the most SW friendly thing on the menu (apart from salad which i can't stand!) Unless anyone else can see something better (http://www.theveggieredlion.co.uk/menu.php) - Must stay away from the deserts & just stick to coffee! I don't think we are having a starter but if we do - i could have the parsnip soup but ask for it without the parsnip crisps & creme fraiche! Just hope the apple crumble doesn't call my name tonight!:D

i so want to go to that pub!! I don't usually do veggie food but Its growing on me! i even had the veggie option at my wedding!! The mushroom main course (in pastry of sourse lol!) sounds gorgeous! my mum would love it there too!!

Well i went to WI last night having missed 2 and had put on 1.5lbs making me 0.5lb below target still so I'm pretty happy with that!! I don't want to put anymore on now though so I'll have to be good most of the week as tomorrow night will be flexi as its my friend's party.

    Today will be green:

Brekkie - beans, egg, WM pitta (HEB), banana
Lunch - not got anything so will get a jacket spud or something in town
Tea - tricolour carbonara (HEB for meat) with salad

    Morning All,

Well the food at the veggie red lion was amazing - i did have the green lentil and veg shepards pie with mustard mash - lush
I tried a bite of my mates Asparagus, spinach & pinenut pancakes with cheese sauce - gorgeous!
Shared a massive bowl of carrots, brocoli, green beans & monge toute :A
You know i said i was going to try and resist the desert menu? ... I failed  - but i had the best warm layered fudge cake with the most delicious ice-cream, following by a baileys coffee  nom nom

On the plus side, we had to walk 20 mins to get to pub & took long route back 45mins so a little bit of body magic! :j :A

So today is a green day

B - ff from frais with strawbs
L - 5 Scan bran (heb) with ff cottage cheese, peppered quorn slices & pepperdew peppers & if still hungry i have a ainsley harriott couscous (1.5)
D - Not sure yet, but have courgettes in the fridge & onions & peppers in the freezer so might do a pasta of some description - maybe put some red lentils in?
S - 5 Scan bran (5) with lemon curd quark (2), ff activia, fibre plus bar (heb), milk in coffee (hea), possibly cheese on pasta (hea)

So if i don't have couscous my syns will be 7 or with couscous 8.5

Just found some mugshots in drawer - so could have one of them instead of couscous to save syns!

Might go shopping tonight & pick up some fruit & veg ready for the weekend with some bits to make a fake chow mein for Friday dinner instead of takeaway to save my syns

What is everyones favourite way to cook a chow mein?

    WELL DONE LOSERS x

b- cholesterol drink (3), fibre plus (heb), ww yogurt, 2 satsumas

I join the SW group tonight

But I started off on my own on Monday when I weighed 10st5.6lbs. I now weigh 10st1.6lbs. It seems in 3 days I have managed to lose 4 lbs!

No doubt I'll be heavier tonight after a day of food though ;)

I always weigh less in a morning than at night :o

I've just had a sneaky midweek weigh in  and wish i hadn't. Scales say that i have put back on 3 out of the 3.5lb i lost last week :eek: I'm not really convinced that its true, as i havent had more than 15 syns anyday since sunday. But just to be on the safe side i am going to have 3 days of no more than 5 syns and see how that affects the scales on Sunday morn (real weigh in day).

Gave up smoking in February and knew the weight was next to go so here i am. Keep getting myself confused with bits so expect some stupid questions. lol
