question - how long do you think quorn bol will keep in the fridge?? i made it monday night and there is still loads of it left!! i dont mind eating it every night (will turn it into chilli con carne) but i dont really have any room in the freezer

I have kept quorn chilli in fridge for about a week & no ill affects - but i do eat yogurts that are 10 days out of date  and the quark i had yesterday was 10 days out of date awell  but no problems for me - maybe i have a strong immune system?

    Yesterday i finished on 2 syns! :j

    Today is a Green day

B - Oats (heb) with ff from frais, strawberries & banana
L - Chickpea stew thing (chickpea, carrots, celery, onion, mushroom, courgette, beans & toms) with couscous
D - Going to a vegetarian pub for dinner with a mate - think i have decided on the lentil & veg shepards pie - seems the most SW friendly thing on the menu (apart from salad which i can't stand!) Unless anyone else can see something better (http://www.theveggieredlion.co.uk/menu.php) - Must stay away from the deserts & just stick to coffee! I don't think we are having a starter but if we do - i could have the parsnip soup but ask for it without the parsnip crisps & creme fraiche! Just hope the apple crumble doesn't call my name tonight!:D

S - Muller light & possibly quorn light bites (1/2) (on introductory offer in Mr T)

So i can in theory still have 1 scan bran & a fibre plus bar when i get home - or have the ryvita minis i have in my bag for the rest of my healthy extras

Hope everyone is having a good week

KEEP GOING WE CAN DO IT

Apologies for being flippant but that sounds like you're preparing for your second marriage;):) or are you going to be another of those lovely slim brides that we have on here?).

Lol maman - I meant second class not second marriage :) getting married end of August but have to go to three preparation classes held by the vicar before you can marry!

Well, just back from my weigh in, 14lbs to lose for my 10% so not that bad, reckon I can give it a very good try before our holiday end of July.

I wanted to ask whether Honey Roast Ham was free on super easy. It is lean but I cannot see anything about it being roasted in honey and I did a search online and it did not find it either. Sorry that is a stupid question, I am very new to this.

EE today. Didn't have enough time to prepare a salad this morning, but I do have fruit so should be ok.

B: banana, alpen light (.5 HEB), tea with milk (part HEA)
S: mullerlight, 1 laughing cow light triangle (part HEA)
    L: vegetarian sushi (1), 2 satsumas
S: alpen light (.5 HEB), velvet crunch (4), mullerlight
D: sw lasagne (1), sw chips, salad. skinny cow lolly (3.5)

I find I eat so much more when I'm at work. Maybe it's a boredom thing :rotfl:

Morning all, loved my zumba class last night so was glad I made myself go. Few months ago I would be have gone to a class on my own but getting to target has given me some much needed confidence. EE again today:-
B - melon and fibre plus bar (heb)
S - alpen bar (half heb)
L - sw quiche and tomato salad
S - alpen bar (other half heb) apple
D - ham and mushroom omelette with veg

Got our second marriage preparation class tonight and there will be biscuits/cakes so will save my syns for that

I'm new to this - I thought you were only allowed one HEB/ day?

I think Primmer may be at target (gorgeously slim for wedding:D) and then to maintain you can have extra HEs.

Do ask away though, it's the only way to learn.

P.S. I think all sorts of lean, boiled ham are free blue-monkey, it's just things like Parma that have a few syns.

Hi all, not posted for a few days, and want to congratulate MRSM woweeeee 10 stone gone, very well done, can't imagine how great you must be feeling!:j

WI today, and still the same as my sneaky WI on sat, which means I have lost 1lb, and am half a lb below my original target. I now have a new target of 10st10lb so want to lose another 3.5lb, and then will try and remain that weight, at least until I have some money to buy more clothes, because I have bought quite a lot of size 14 clothes lately, and put all my size 18's in the loft, and as much as a size 12 would be nice, I am happy at 14 for now. Also I am scared to lose much more weight as I have already nearly lost my boobs  If I carried on I would'nt have any left at all LOL

    Today has been EE

    B: Banana
L: Chicken salad, 30g lowlow cheese (Most of HEA)
    Box of melon chunks
    T: Scouse
skimmed milk in tea (3 cups) rest of HEA
Pub tonight, approx 5 Vodkas (25) (syns saved up)
    After pub munchies:
    Beans on toast (HEB)
    Strawberries

My day is dragging in work today, wouldnt mind I have been busy and usually busy days fly by, but not today
