I used the calculator & i reckon you are looking at 7 syns per pot???

Depends if you use yogurt as a free food! (if you do it is 2 syns per pot) Same with the Activia ones! (3 syns if used yog as free food) Not sure if you can though! Anyone know if i should use yog as a free food?

    Ouch, 7 syns!

    Morning all!
I know it's Tuesday but I feel really 'Mondayish' today Lol! Didn't want to get out of bed this morning (Even though the sun was shining) and definitely didn't want to go to work, heyho, obviously I did get out of bed and go to work but I'd rather be tucked up in my bed, never mind thats life!
My legs are aching loads today, I think I overdid it yesterday, having recently invested in a pair of Reebok easytones, which I've been wearing from time to time to 'break them in' I decided to wear them virtually all day yesterday. Also a friend of mine has loaned me a mechanical 'Step machine' ( not sure what it's proper name is) and I did 3 minutes on that and, trust me. that was more than enough. So now I'm not sure if my achy legs are down to the trainers or the machine or a combination of the 2!!! Still no pain no gain!!

    Morning All,

Very disappointed as i put on 2lbs last night

Told you i was having a FAT day! :(

Even with the cupboard raiding i wouldn't have thought i would put on that much

I was so annoyed i went home & ate a brocoli & stilton soup (shop brought & 17 syns!) with a seeded panini & butter & then had another seeded panini with chocolate spread & peanut butter & a cinnamon whirl & cupcake made by the next door neighbour & then ate a whole pack of choc chip shortbread (the Mr T finest - 4 in a pack)

Needless to say i felt sick & i didn't enjoy it (apart from the cinnamon whirl!) The soup even burnt my tongue & it still feels weird!

Naughty Nessie (where is a smilely for slapping my wrist?)

They are the little pictures people display underneath their names. Some people use photos of themselves, others cartoon characters etc.
