Well i've had a pretty carp day. Me n OH have decided to seperate after 7yrs. Its kinda been on the cards for a long while but he would never really admit that things would be better if we called it a day. Havent told the kids yet as he's not moving out for a couple of weeks i'm dreading it tho, it's gonna be bad enough explaining why he's sleeping in the spare room. So as you may expect food has been a bit non existent today - she says as she munches her way through a half a box of mikado's before she passes out!! So far feeling ok, i know its the right thing to do but the day he actually leaves is gonna be awful, not for me but our boys. So i really need to clear my mind and look to the future for me and kids.

gosh alot of these recent posts are making me think being an old (32) spinster isnt so bad. :o

hugs nickynoo and the others who are having a carp time.

can someone do me a favour and look up benecol yogurts?
only the yogurt drinks are in the directory.

i was in the yogurt aisle the other day putting in a load of mullers and then a load of benecol drinks and i spotted the benecol yogurts and thought it was worth killing 2 birds with 1 stone. i know they wont be syn free but they sure are cheaper than the drinks

  • nessie, just look at all the weight you've lost, you've done really well sending hugs

nicky sending a hug hun, in the long run the boys will be fine. you have to do whats right for you, not stick with something that makes you miserable, coz all that will happen is the kids end up miserable x
Make the most of each day, live life with no regrets:j

    -3.5, -1, missed week,
  • So the exam is done, I can always resit it in November...
Food for the day isn't going well, I talked myself into eating a chocolate orange muffin (it was dry and totally not worth the syns!) before my exam 'to help keep me awake and cheer me up from the impending doom that is the exam hall', all it did was make me wish I hadn't eaten it :(

Homemade spag bol tonight so hopefully still have time to turn it around.
Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not after you.:p

Back on the Slimming World wagon...

:( starving today for some reason, yet just dont know what I want to eat. So far today have had -

    B - yogurt & fruit
L - HM veg soup, ryvita with cheese and tomato. Apple

then just had an egg, tomatoes and 1 rd wm bread to try to prevent me eating something I really should'nt and for tonight we are having pasta with lots of extra veg in and salad, followed by some fruit.
Having a GREEN day today and HEB is bread, ryvita and HEA is cheese and milk.
Its unusual for me to feel hungry in the day, I normally get the munchies at night so dont know whats happened there. :o

Here's to everyone having a good week.

Had a pretty appalling weekend foodwise. Sat evening was spent waitressing and I had a few nibbles there. Sunday we had salmon on croute (given to me from the waitressing do, and would have been rude to waste it) with a very nice potato salad (from the same do), and last night we had chinese :o

Back on the tank today though, even though I took DS7 to brighton, we avoided the fish and chips on the pier :D, and went to the harvester instead.

B: Banana, tea with milk (HEA)
L: simply grilled chicken, jacket potato, peas, salad, wm roll (HEB). Add to that a scraping of spread in the roll, some bbq sauce and coleslaw, probably about 3 syns
S: small garlic & cheese roll (3), next doors son had made it at school and wanted me to try it.
D: birds eye basa fillet with lemongrass & chilli butter (3), sw chips, salad. skinny cow lolly (3.5)
    S: Fruit, mullerlight

Well done to all the losers :T:T some amazing achievements.

Hugs Nicky, it will be traumatic but if the children are aware the two of you aren't getting on (and I bet they are aware) there may be a sense of relief. Also of course they will in future get whatever they want!

Dizzikins, is that a new avatar? Is it you? I wish I could enlarge it I can't see it very well but you are LOOKING GOOD! if tiny.

    Evening all

I lost 1.5lbs this week in my at home WI :D very happy with that!

Had unexpected meal out tonight as I took my parents out for food to local pub, but chose well. All food is homemade, and chef uses spray oil too.

    Green day:

B - oats (HEB), FF yog
L - big salad, pot salad (1syn for LF mayo), HB egg
D - veggie chilli, rice, sour cream (3syns)
    Snacks - 2 x plums, strawberries, crisps (4syns), choc bar (4syns)
Drinks - coffee (HEA for milk), water, diet fanta

    Total syns = 12

I went to Dr today re my vertigo as I still have it 5months on :( said not much he can do but will refer me to ENT for further investigations. But he said I still can't do proper exercise :( sucks

still got a HEA and HEB to use up.....
