d - quorn spag bol with veggies in it. little bit of low low grated on top (2/3 hea)

didnt have a good weekend with my food so i dont really expect to loose anything at weigh in tonight.

    Morning all.

Well done MRSM that is soooo amazing! I reckon you should show us before and after pics as the difference must be astonishing! I bet you're feeling great!

I've had a flexi weekend! Not been really bad but not kept track of what I've had properly and did have 4 glasses of wine on sat but very rarely drink so I don't care as I enjoyed it!!

I had 2 slices of toast (WW WHolemeal HEB) and boy am I paying for it today! My poor tummy is not at all happy!

Today will be EE but I'm not really feeling like eating but this is the plan:

Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), got a banana too but can't face it yet!
Lunch - salad, salad cream (3), tesco crustless quiche (need to look up syns). Also got a small jacket potato if I need it.
Tea - chicken balti vindaloo, rice, salad

I'm not a massive fan of the curry we're having for tea but OH loves it so I'll make 4 portions and freeze 2 for him to take for work pack-ups.

:hello:Hi Folks, feeling better today and I will be back on track ;)

B: Boiled eggs and soldiers (HEB)
    S: yoghurt and banana
L: Pasta pesto, (1.5) huge salad
S: Apple and orange if I need it
D: Not sure yet, I might make the canneloni from the magazine if I get home at a reasonable time otherwise it might be quorn sausage and mash!

As always I'll use my remaining HE's at suppertime.

Sparkly - good luck for the exam, I'm sure it won't be that difficult ;)

    vmonsta - 3lbs!!!!!! Well done :T

My gripe is that while I can see that SW is a healthy eating plan it does disappoint me that it seems so finely balanced that just a small deviation into 'normal life' can cause a weight gain. All I've done yesterday and today (over allowed syns) is eat a sandwich with focaccia rather than SW bread, some oil in a marinade, a few crisps (about 6), a tiny canape size meat pie, and an extra wholemeal roll with spread on it and I feel FAT!!! Now I know the official line is count it as a flexi and get back on the wagon (and that's what I'll do) but it's so disheartening that just eating slightly off plan makes me feel so bad cos I've wasted a week!

Hmmm, I think its unlikely that such a day on its own would cause actual weight gain, isn't it more likely that your system is just not used to eating those foods at the moment and so thats what's making you feel uncomfortable and bloated?

But yes you're right about the wagon, time to jump back on :j You definitely haven't wasted a week - if you've been on plan for 6 days out of 7 then it WILL show on the scales at some point :D

Morning all, had a good weekend food wise and even though feeling rough with cold type bug I am determined to stick to plan. EE as always:-
B - melon and fibre plus bar (heb)
    S - cherries
L - jacket spud with cheese (hea) and salad. Apple
    S - cherries and hi-fi bar (heb)
    D - omelette and salad
    S - strawberries and meringue nest (2.5)

Good luck to those WI today

Hi Primmer. I don't mean to be picky but I think you're only supposed to have 1 HEB on EE plan, so one of your cereal bars should be synned :o

Is it worth sigining up to the website do you think? I really don't want to go to the classes so was going to go it alone but with you lot, if that makes sense? :o:rotfl: The only thing putting me off ATM is the £60 cost for 3 months  I can't afford that right this minute but maybe in a week or so if its really worth it ;)

I joined the website and have found it useful. I really didn't want to go to a group, so its a happy balance for me. I downloaded the food lists and now really just use the syns online checker for branded foods, and the weekly weigh in. I like having the weekly weigh in there to do... it won't let you do it more than once a week and so it really focusses my mind.
