So, is this okay? I have no idea, I went to Tesco with my list and they hardly had anything I needed so have ended up with this:

Macaroni Cheese - made with a tub of low fat soft cheese, 1 egg, pasta and 42g of reduced fat cheddar (which I think is a Healthy Extra?)
Snack - Fresh fruit and low fat natural yoghurt

I'm thinking that the soft cheese is probably a huge no-no...

This is all I'll have for today, I really need to start eating more!

EDIT: According to the books I have (which are old so hopefully not too different) the yoghurt is costing me 1 syn (as I have 200g of it). The mac cheese will cost me 6 syns. Because I get 170g as two HE and then 2 syns per extra 28g... the tub is 250g. I'm probably completely wrong :rotfl:

Welshwoofer - Been there and got the t-shirt (several times :o) with my OH so know what you mean but in my case it worked out so hang in there ;) it might get better.

Takeiteasy - that's not tooooo bad ;) Instead of having another day off (even if it is your usual one) start again tomorrow :D

Well, I weighed in this morning and have lost 0.5lbs which I'm pleased at seeing as how I had a norty bank holiday:rotfl:

However, I woke up this morning with a stonking migraine:( the pills worked eventually but I have eaten rubbish today :( I was going to have a cookfest this afternoon but can't be a***d and I'll have to do some tomorrow after work.

I think Dizzy's tank must have hit a pothole as I fell out the window and off the tank big time yesterday [well felt big time to me] :(

My sugar levels dropped through the floor and I had the shakes so bad. My sister went out and got food, came back with cheese on white bread , quavers [not too bad] and mini snowballs [had quite a few ]. Then we went to MrS cos 25% off clothes and they didn't have ANYTHING I wanted or not in my size  so bought a twirl instead :o. Had 4 slices cheese on toast for tea [was 50/50 bread and shared some with hubby].
I felt such a failure yesterday & today is my normal day off so its not gonna get any better, haven't weighed in yet either so must go do that.
    Fresh start tomorrow :D

Big hug for you, TIE, you are not a failure, we all have days when we let it all go to the wall, the difference now is that we feel bad about it and get right back to eating properly ... it's just one day, you'll be fine xx

So, today was supposed to be day one and I should be off to Tesco to buy food I can eat. I'm finding it difficult without having joined yet though (joining on Thursday) because I have no idea what I'm supposed to be doing really... I do have an old SW book which tells me some things I can eat but I just don't know how to make a meal out of them... oh geez, falling at the first hurdle. Just as well I don't tend to eat breakfast or I'd have failed already ;)

Drea, I've read all your posts since the one above including your most recent one and tbh I think you are making heavy weather of this! Either go to the Slimming World website where there is a suggested menu for one week, you don't have to be a member of SW to get this - http://www.slimmingworld.com/ see halfway down the page on the left where it says free 7 day menu; or wait until you go to class on Thursday and get all the gen from the horse's mouth, it's only four days. It really is simple once it's been explained. This isn't meant to sound as harsh as it looks written down, I'm just scared you'll put yourself off before you start ;)

Mrs M - you are a star star star, you have every right to be proud of yourself and I am proud to 'know' you x:beer:
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

Thanks, you're right. I'm just one of those impatient people and when I get an idea I run with it :rotfl: I'm just going to do the best I can with what I have until Thursday but certainly going to stop stressing about it! A few days won't make much difference ;)

First of all HUGE congratulations to MRSM - well done. I hope you are as proud of yourself as we all are of you and I bet your hubby is delighted with the new slimmer wife he has. Well done to him as well because from reading your weight loss journey on the other thread (am on page 108 at moment!!! YES I have read every comment and NO I was not bored) he seems to have been very supportive which we all know is a big help. Well done MrM.
You will have given new members such inspiration and the knowledge that IT CAN BE DONE and without starving yourself to get there. Your recipies are great too.
Good luck in continuing your journey although its not luck but your sheer determination and single mindedness that had got the results so far. :T:T:T

Yesterday for me was a complete write off, we were at friends for a meal and well lets say that 3 of the 4 courses were not SW friendly by a long chalk, :) neither was the quantity of wine and other alcohol that was consumed :p and a line has been firmly and boldy drawn under it. :rotfl:

today is a EE day -
B - was just tea (couldnt face anything else)
L - was Ryvita with cheese and tomatoes. (HEA &B) Orange
D - Will be pork steak, boiled new potatoes cut in half then sprayed with fry lite and done in the oven till crispy (like the sw chips) broccoli and mushrooms with a small amount of gravy (2) Banana. Kiwi
Yogurt for later along with apple if needed and still some syns to use up.
