    Good afternoon all

Well done on the great losses again ladies :T

Hello to the newbies -everyone on here is lovely, supportive and more than a little bonkers -so you should love it....

    :grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin:
look what I got this morning :grinheart
    S140.jpg
1.5lb off this morning so I snaffled it by the seat of my now not so big pants :rotfl: -its * week to boot so Im rather _party_
Thankyou to you all for helping me and supporting me along the way :kisses:

So then my red carb curfew plan for today looks like this:-
    8am
    apple
    crustless quiche
    (3)
    12
chicken wrapped in smoked bacon (2)
198g potatoes (B)-boiled, sliced and griddled
    asparagus
    cabbage
    cauli

    71g peas (B)
    4pm
    activia (2.5)
    melon
    10 semi dried apricots
    (5)
    7pm
    ham
    cucumber
    tomato
    peppers
    cucumber and onions in balsamic

    500ml semi (2xA)
    SO I make that 2A+Bs and 13syns

oooh I forgot how much I LOVE semi dried apricots until I got some yesterday -you get 71g for a HeB (about 14) or 2 per 1 syn... nomnomnom .... I have decided to pick up some more dried fruit when we shop *again* tomorrow -I think its going to be a scrummy way to use up my Bs. Im eyeing up a heB of oats, another heB of stewed apple, 1tsp wheatgerm (0.5) natural yog yog and 6 chopped apricots (3) -for one heck of a stonking brekkie after the gym
Im sulking though as I can't get hold of smoked mackerel and I got a right fancying for it yesterday :( -I WILL find some.... I WILL

I have nothing planned for the rest of the day -I have planned my meals for the week so Im going to settle down to watch the motoGP -lets see if I can stay awake -* week as always means I get 2 days of falling asleep every time I sit down :rotfl: -although as symptoms go I get of lightly...

    Anyway enough yapping from me..
Have a lovely afternoon all and keep up the great work!!

I didn't think I would ever understand it lol I stuck to EE for the first few weeks and once I got my head around that, I started reading other peoples red and green days until I sussed that out.

I used to drink every night and didn't think I could give it up, I am so used to not drinking now that last night I had all my syns to use up so thought I would have a few drinks watching Britains got talent, and one lasted me all night  I used to have about 8 a night (bit of an alcy lol) don't miss it at all now. I go the pub once a week and save up a few syns each day so I have enough to get drunk lol and stay alcohol free for rest of the week.

I'm the same of a morning, I only wish my non appetite would remain like that all day :rotfl:

Got to be honest, my head is a bit boggled with it just now! I'm thinking macaroni cheese using quark for today. And tomorrow (when OH is here): http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=4397446&postcount=94 with maybe a baked potato on the side.

But I also need to think about what snacks I'll buy or I'll just fail ;) so it looks like fruit and very low fat yoghurt could be on the cards. Breadsticks could be done using sins but what about houmous? Oh it's all a bit confusing :o

Well done Mrs Mcawber! You have lost a huge amount, you should be very proud :)

  • hi all,

    Yesterday didn't go to badly.

    B: fruit and yoghurt
    S: Snack a jak (3)
L: pitta (HEB) chicken and salad. Mayo (1)
    S: party food and wine :( (12)
D: noodles, prawns and stir fry veg

Mrs Ging and I have decided to weigh in on a sunday morning, naked . We are going to use the syns chart method and whatever syns we haven't used on a saturday we will then be able to enjoy. I know it's not the SW way but it has worked in the past for us so we'll use it until we feel it's affecting our weight loss.

So, first weigh this morning and after just two days I have lost 4lbs and Mrs Ging has lost 1lb

    Very chuffed with that!

Up to the allotment this afternoon for a few hours of weeding which is at least good body magic :rotfl:.

    Ging x
  • Should post today's plan whilst I'm here!

    S: fibre bar and banana
D: roast chicken, pots, broc, carrot and swede, parsnips, bovril gravy. No stuffing :(
S: Shape choc mousse (4) yoo yogurt (2)
