    Morning all!

    Big hugs to nicky xx

Welcome back consultant, glad you enjoyed your holiday......and the free wine!

Today I'm going for EE again. WHen I made my lunch last night it barely fit in the tub so I halved it and will have the rest tomorrow. I'm trying really hard to cut my portion sizes down, normally I'd have just squished it all in together and eaten the lot so I'm very pleased with myself!

Brekkie - banana, grapefruit, porrridge (HEA&B)
Lunch - rice, tuna, sweetcorn, toms, cucumber, onions, jalapenos, balsamic vinegar, pineapple (for pud, not mixed in with the rest lol!!)
Tea - beef teriyaki noodles. 2nd day ina row I'm doing a tea that I'm not keen on but DH loves......he's so spoilt!!
  • Morning all,

Consultant, I wish I could just bring 8lbs with me, last time I went on holiday I put on just under a stone!!!

I'm back at work today after yesterday's exam so hopefully no snacking during the day as I only have a packet of skips in my 'stash cupboard' :rotfl:

I'm usually ready to chew the leg off the table by the time I get in though. Has anyone got any tips for avoiding the 'I'm so hungry I'm just going to reach into the fridge and eat everything in sight' feeling that I seem to face every evening? I'm finding it tough being the only one in my house on SW, my mum dad are more sympathetic and have even said they wouldn't mind jumping on the SW wagon, but my Nan is terrible!! She went shopping yesterday and bought loads of stuff from the reduced section (think creamy pasta, garlic bread with cheese, more creamy pasta, pies, sausage rolls, fresh cream cakes :eek::eek:) she claims she didn't realise I couldn't have it - erm... on a diet!!! I feel like she's constantly trying to tempt me with naughty food!! :(
Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not after you.:p

Back on the Slimming World wagon...

Well it's weigh in tonight so it'll be a late tea for me ;);) as I never eat before weigh in - silly really but that's the way it is!

Have been for an hour long walk this morning - and really enjoyed it!

I had a good loss last week - so don't know what to expect tonight......

OH did a trip to morrisons last night. He always takes a list - sadly he didn't look at the front of the pack of yoghurts he picked up - he got Activia, but not the fat free ones...:mad::mad:

Does anyone know how many sins in a normal Activia cranberry/fig/prune/rhubarb yoghurt? I can't seem to find them online...

  • the sparkly one, the only way i get passed the hunger bit is to eat often (the shopping bill is huge tho). have stuff that you can eat ready in the fridge so you don'e have to faf about preparing it.
Make the most of each day, live life with no regrets:j

    -3.5, -1, missed week,

I had the syn free lasagne last night, it was yum! I still have loads too :)

We bought some fat free yoghurts last night called Yoo (I think it's only Tesco who sell them), was wondering if anyone knew how many syns they were?

I'm getting by as I can until I join on Thursday :) it's chicken casserole for tonight (red day) and I'm about to blitz up some HM houmous.

Used the calculator & they work out 6 syns each (125g) The prune ones are gorgeous though!

I used the calculator & i reckon you are looking at 7 syns per pot???

Depends if you use yogurt as a free food! (if you do it is 2 syns per pot) Same with the Activia ones! (3 syns if used yog as free food) Not sure if you can though! Anyone know if i should use yog as a free food?

Congrats to all the losers, especially Mrs M - Wow!!

WI last night - 1lb off, not bad considering the chineese & beers we had last week. i think the 2 hours dancing with TakeThat on Saturday helped - if only they'd come & dance with me every week, the weight would drop off......................
Back to reality, thats 5.5Lb in three weeks so i'm happy.
