Ooooh hell yes! it does with me  if you look at my stats....where the * is every 4th week I almost ALWAYS have some sort of gain up to 2lbs some weeks - but its not with being more of a piggy on food its simple bloating & the joys of being a woman  (though I do have some serious fights with the chocolate food fairies on *week):rotfl:hence the need for the Dizzy Tank wagon

thanks for the egg info, off to make myself a nice big omlette :j0

Just wondering - is anyone concerned over ecoli + cues/toms/salady bits? Personally I'm not, just thoroughly washing everything but son & hubby won't eat anything, more for me then
.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

the cholesterol in eggs is the 'good cholesterol' that we need apparently and has no affect whatsoever on the nasty stuff that goes on that eggs got all the bad press for......so they can now be eaten unrestricted
Oh by the way, I went on cholesterol meds (it was a shocking 10.8:eek:)
BUT because Ive been doing SW and eating loads healthier they are talking about taking me off them as its come down far quicker than they expected and now its only 4.5 :j AND i still eat eggs0 -

I just think its a case of using your common sense re washing stuff (ahem ignore the bit of my post above obviously, I do lack in that dept from time to time)
