It's all good:) I had mashed potato pizza so craving silenced with hardly any of the calories! :TJust because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not after you.:p
Back on the Slimming World wagon...0 -
You could go flexi, decide how many beers you want and then jump back on the wagon straight after, or save some sys, or both!! You must enjoy yourself otherwise you'll hate it and give up.
I've had asparagus three days in a row, can't get enough of the stuff. Some didn't get to the table tonight, I just wrapped it in ham and scoffed it in the kitchen. Yum!
Mmmmm I eat the bottom half of asparagus stalks raw while the top bits quickly steam! Then a sprinkling of Lakeland butterbuds and ... divine!i have realised i dont actually like eating blueberries!!
must remember not to keep buying them!!
Thank goodness you said that. I thought I must be really weird because I think they are either horribly musty tasting or they tast of nothing at all. Either way I too must remember not to buy them, I threw most of the last lot away as they were tasteless and strangely wet:(:(
:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Hello to Gailey and Jack D, you'll do ok in here.
I managed to put on half a pound at WI on Tuesday at which I heaved a sigh of relief as 2 (yes TWO, but on different days) chip suppers might well have made it more. Also, I didn't change after work just rushed to class so was wearing my heavier work trousers. If I could find my scales I'd weigh them and compare to the thin cotton ones I usually wear.
I so far have not much liked any of our stand-in consultants, I love our regular one but she wants to leave just waiting for someone to take over. I hope to have reached my new target by then so I don't have to go every week. Does that sound horrible? Hope not.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Back from WI put on 2 so still in target bracket but at 2 above target is not where I want to be so must try harder this week.
Hope others have done better than me!0 -

had a lovely dinner. put microwaved new potato wedges and sliced up red pepper in a roasting tin and covered with a tablespoon of pesto (3.5). then after 20 minutes added tomato halves and 2 rashers of bacon for another 5 minutes. mmmm came out lovely.

:wave::wave: Hello Newbies
Welshwoofer, well done on giving yourself a good talking to, and getting back to it, although if your a size 10 then I don't see the harm in a little pig out, if I were a size 10 I'd be scoffing a domino's as we speak!!anyhooo more important, how was the marsbar?? I want one now, think I will pick up some fun size ones tomorrow, anyone know how many syns in the little funsize ones?
Also I picked up some wm pitta breads from asda, are these just a normal HEB does anyone know? It doesnt give the grams per pitta on the pack, think there was 6 or 8 in the pack for around 60p, they are just the normal pitta size??
There was something else I was going to say, but its gone, i'm sure it will come back to me eventually.....0 -

A funsize mars is 4 syns and a snack size is 8:eek:
Nice though!
I have decided to have no more than 6 syns for the next 4 days to make it an even 50 syns for 5 days including today before weigh in (as I have managed 26 syns today including the mars bar). Perhaps that will help limit the damage of the last few days?:o0 -

I can't stand fresh blueberries either - but I don't mind them if they are frozen, they seem to taste sweeter & not 'mouldy bland yack' but you do need to check when you get them that they have no added sugars (sains & asda ones are fine)
Wi results from me tonight are 0.5 lb off, not amazing - but its better off than on(and the arrival of a much needed big poo would have helped
......TMI?? sorry....I just can't help myself can I :rotfl:)
