Good for you! I'm sure one weekend won't have ruined everything anyway.

Ok, I've changed my mind half way through the day and am going to try EE instead.
I've had 2x b already today so I'll count 5 syns for the 1oz of oats I had with my breakfast and count my toast at lunch as the one B. Haven't had any As yet so will just have one rather than 2.
I fancied some trout with salad, but also wanted new potatoes with it, and now I can have exactly that!!
So today will end up as:
oats, berries and yog (5syns)
Eggs on toast (B)
grapefruit, orange, banana
Huge salad with baked trout and new pots
Pears with parmesan shavings for pud. Or mango, melon and 0% total yog. Or both if I'm feeling especially greedy!!Say what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.0 -
Having a bbq at M&Ds tomorrow for tea so that will soon mount my syns up!NST #10 Steps 7K 2/30 10K 2/12 5 a day 3/30 NSD 0/20

Put half a pound on this week no suprises there with what I ate over my weekend away, suprised it was not more!
I am in my chocolate craving time at the momoent so may make a tofu choc mousse and freeze it for a bit, as very low syn way of having choc.
Well organised today:
B - 2 weetabix(HEB), rice milk (HEA), banana
Mid am - apple
Lunch - potato salad (new pots, fresh chives, mint and some low fat soya yoghurt as dressing, had big tub mixed salad and grated carrot too.
Mid pm - blueberries and an apple
Tea - Tofu and vege stir fry with soya sauce and noodles
Drinks - loads of water today
Syns - 2 for yoghurt? saving rest for some chocolate laters!
2nd HEB - 3 pagan krisprolls and 28g soya cheese (2nd HEA)
I walked to work 3 miles today and twice to town and back - so about 5 miles in total.
Going to do a food diary this week too as I'd stopped doing those, might hand to my consultant to check too, as I need to get out of this lose 1/2 to 1lb then put it back on pattern.Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.

Annie G there are other things that you can use to make a pizza base if you really fancy pizza, instead of having the WW one. I like to use courgette grated and baked or you can use mashed potato or sliced potato, there's a certain bread mix from T*scos that counts as HEB that you can make a dough with.... or pitta pizza is nice. You don't have to miss out..
Jack - well done on your job, lets hope it leads to a full time one. oh and ignore the vending machines, ignore the vending machines!!:)
Welshwoofer, sorry to hear your having a bit of a pants time. I need to give myself a good talking to too, so i'm going to follow your lead and say NO to the tempting foods and start afresh..
I shall spend this evening making a meal plan and a shopping list!!Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0
