I just want to eat eat eat - blooming ravenous tonight. I still don't understand how I can lose weight whilst eating unlimited meat! My appatite is mammoth!0

Evening all
Been feeling nauseous all day (vertigo) and for me I find it's better to eat something than not to sort it out :rotfl:. So far today I have resisited buying pasties, baguettes and chips :A it was a struggle though!
Green day:
B - oats (HEB), FF yog
L - big salad, HB egg
D - cheese and potato pie (2 x HEA and 2 syns for LF marg), tinned spaghetti, LF ketchup (3syns)
Snacks - banana, pear, HM flapjack (HEB), crisps (4syns), choc (4syns)
Drinks - fruit tea, water, squash
Total syn = 13

Had another good day food wise & hubby bought me 2 more melons :j
B - weetabix , hot water/ milk [part a] coffee
L - lo potato bake [part a & part b] was a small bit, spaggy hoops
T - rest of lo cheesy potato bake [a & part b], spaggy hoops, toms, onions, bbq sauce [1]
Snacks - pineapple, melon, 4 x small apples [perks of working in a school just before half term and loads left over], meringue [2.5], onken
Syns - 3.5
My Freemans order arrived today, got a longline top and 3/4 leggings in my fav colour [purple] they match my [fake] crocs which are purple with white & pink streaks. I love the colour but they make me look really skinny[thats the clothes not the shoes
] I feel like I'll fall through the grate on a drain if I walk over it :rotfl:. I don't have a full length mirror but my mum does so will have to wear them when I go round to see if I am really that skinny. Might have to feed myself up a bit ........ nah f**k that took me too long to get here :rotfl:although might let myself have a bit more choc especially as * week approaches.
Friday might help as am off bowling and a meal of scampi & chips is included.
Never thought I'd be TOO SKINNY, if I can do it YOU CAN TOO :AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I've had asparagus three days in a row, can't get enough of the stuff. Some didn't get to the table tonight, I just wrapped it in ham and scoffed it in the kitchen. Yum!0 -
Hello, I stayed the same tonight. Not too worried.
We had a 'stand in' consultant and she was absolutely great. She seemed to 'hold' the class (sometimes in ours there are a few who insist on talking when our consultant is talking to others and it's really irritating!) She also went through all the plans with us and just seemed to be more enthusiastic somehow. I don't mean in a happy clapping sort of way if you know what I mean. I really like our usual consultant but having this one just showed how different a group can be.
Has anyone else found this?

Morning all
I'm up early today on a train for work. 5am start was awful!! I am really trying to be good though. This would usually be a danger day for me - too easy to get a pannini or something for lunch and I won't be back until 10pm ish so would usually end up at subway or similar too in the train station!
But... Today is going to be different...,
B: muller light and cup of tea
L: I have brought a salad of cold pasta, tuna, toms, radishes and carrot in FF vinigarette dressing. Think that should be free on EE?
Snacks: banana, apple, cherries, 2 Alpen light bars (HEb)
So I'll prob be ok til its time to get train home. Does anyone have Amy low syn suggestions of what I can buy to sustain me on the 4 hour ride home? Think the options at Cardiff station are Boots or MandS.0 -
Hi everyone,
Was just wondering if i may join this thread, i have been doing SW for the past year and lost 1.5stones. I just love the way you eat normal food and still lose.
BUT at the moment i am having a real difficult time, i have just lost all intrest, i have given myself a 2 week break from the Class, but still doing the plan to a degree, i.e. still thinking what i am eating. Not sure i want to go back.......
I seem to have lost all motovation, this is since i have lost my job back in April, I find it really hard.
Over the last few days i have been lurking and reading all your wonderful jounerys with SW, and you lot have made me see a little light at the end of the tunnel.
So yesterday when a work colleague suggested a exercise class, my first thought was body magic.......
So from today i will jump on my scales ( use as a guide ) till i go back to class, plan my meals for the following week and stay on plan..... taking babysteps

WELCOME JACK D - You're in good hands on here. You have probably read about the famous tank belonging to DIZZY - she is very generous and will probably be making a place for you as we speak. Try to go to class if you can, it's another shot of determination every week and keeps you up to date with stuff.
Don't give up on the job search - don't know where you live but there might be some seasonal jobs coming up.
