I got Zumba on the wii- and now know that i have no rhythm at all!!! I didn't think i was that bad.

I've done it about 3 times now & am starting to pick up the steps a bit, but mostly i jump about waving my arms in the air & laughing a lot.

    I am enjoying it & it's a good work out - as long a nobody's watching.:j

I seem to be rapidly running out of fruit & veg, and DH doen't get paid til Fri :( I suppose that comes with DH and the kids being off for half term.

    B: Mullerlight, satsuma
S: alpen light (.5 HEB), 2 laughing cow light triangles (part HEA), apple
    L: lasagne (1) & salad
S: alpen light (.5 HEB), mullerlight
D: ham & cheese (part HEA) omelette, sw chips, salad. skinny cow lolly (3.5)

I hope there's some salad left for later. Someone turned the fridge up at the weekend, and most of my salad froze :(

Don't you just hate it when someone else pinches YOUR fruit and SW goodies. I have to buy two packets of mint Hi-fi bars for my husband every week else he'd help himself to mine! I've also never known him eat so much fruit as he does now (I don't really begrudge him - or do I?) x

Thanks for this, I will give it some serious thoughts when I get back from my holiday. x

    Hello

Firstly I ate a bar of that hersheys choc last night, what a huge disappointment it tasted foul! I used to love Hersheys choc so don't know if they have changed it or if I have just gone off chocolate  so now I have the rest of the bars to give away, anyone want them :p

Congrats to cycling yorkie and crankie, I wish I could show a loss. I weighed in today, and am still half a pound over my target, its been hovering around that mark for weeks now, I only ever put on then go back to it, never get to my 11stone target grrrrrrrr. It is my * week though so you never know, it may show next week.

    My plan for today: EE
    B: Fruit and mullerlight
L: Chicken salad, with 1 baby bell (1/2 hea)
    Cherries, satsumas, small banana
D: Salmon, jacket spud, gfy cottage cheese, sugar snap peas and baby sweetcorn
1/2 hea in cups of tea
Pub: too many vodkas, but all within my weekly allowance :D
    After pub munchies:
    Beans on toast (HEB)
    Strawbs

FORM AN ORDERLY QUEUE FOR THE CHOC BARS LADIES (and you Woot). I really am envious of you ladies who have lost their sweet tooth. In my opionion chocolate tastes so much better and I couldn't give it up (not for a gold clock!) I really thought I would be able to do without the sweet things in life but after all this time I still crave the stuff. I do try to limit it within my synn allowance but could never live without it. xx

I think it is half term around mid/late October time.
