Good morning. I lost another 2lbs last week, and was slimmer of the month for May. It's a bit worrying when I'm the best that the group has to offer :rotfl:

I started in size 24 jeans, and I'm now down to size 18. I've had to send some of my trousers to the charity shop as they looked like clown pants on me :rotfl: The good news is that I'm mainly shopping for new clothes from my own wardrobe! The ones that fitted me before I was widowed are starting to fit me again.

Rachel just wanted to send you a great big squishy hug.

MORNING ALL - CRANKY - that's great, good on you. LYNZ - Have a good time, if you make some good choices (not the pasties) you'll be fine.

I am just about to do the Hannah Waterman Body Blitz (Gillian Micheal has done my knees in!) I can manage the body blitz o.k. so I figure that's better than nothing. Anyone got any other favourite DVDs they can recommend.

Have a good day everyone. x

    Well done everyone :j

Cranky - thats fab, I have a pair of pre pregger trousers i would love to get back into. Not been able to wear them for 5yrs but i love them that much i wont part with them. I WILL get my butt in to them :D

I had a carp night :(, little uns were playing up big time and OH decided he was going out and left me to deal with them. Got seriously stressed and ended up going over my syns. Had saved some - enough for a curly wurly or bag of crisps but i ended up having both. Could have been much worse but i actually felt a bit sick after my curly wurly - not had choc for a while and after having it i realised i didnt really enjoy it or miss it - sooo not like me. So gonna keep my syns down for today and poss tomoro.

Right plan of action for today is yup another green day

B - weetaflakes (heb), milk (hea)
L - wm bread x2 (heb) low low (0.5 hea) and onion chutney (1), muller light, apple and 'nana
T - either chicken noodles with veg or mac cheese (2.5). We're going out to my dads tonight so i'll have to have something quick ish and filling so i'm not tempted by his take away.

Hello again, well that's Hannah done (well three out of four of the 20 minute routines) quite pleased with that. This dvd is not so hard on the old knees as the 30 day shred but I really like the shred and will probably try and do it again when my knees feel they can cope (the mind is willing but the body is weak, well the knees are anyway) x

I've got rubbish knees and I do Rosemary Conley's Salsacise which is great. I've got a Davina one too but have never actually taken it out of the packet! :o

Lynz... are you going somewhere? You haven't mentioned it...!! :rotfl:

I'm back with it properly today, having a green day:
    oats, berries and yogurt (B)
Spaghetti hoops on toast and some fruit for lunch (B)
spinach and cottage cheese cannelloni for dinner
And I'm sure I'll find somewhere to fit in some cheese or milk for an A or 2!

A mild feeling of panic has set in as I'm off to Singapore on Sunday and am completely unprepared, don't even know what plug sockets they use, so don't know if I'll be able to plug my blackberry in... or my straighteners.... aaaarrgh!!!

Right, have a happy day all, I'm going to do some research!

    Hello

Firstly I ate a bar of that hersheys choc last night, what a huge disappointment it tasted foul! I used to love Hersheys choc so don't know if they have changed it or if I have just gone off chocolate  so now I have the rest of the bars to give away, anyone want them :p

Congrats to cycling yorkie and crankie, I wish I could show a loss. I weighed in today, and am still half a pound over my target, its been hovering around that mark for weeks now, I only ever put on then go back to it, never get to my 11stone target grrrrrrrr. It is my * week though so you never know, it may show next week.

    My plan for today: EE
    B: Fruit and mullerlight
L: Chicken salad, with 1 baby bell (1/2 hea)
    Cherries, satsumas, small banana
D: Salmon, jacket spud, gfy cottage cheese, sugar snap peas and baby sweetcorn
1/2 hea in cups of tea
Pub: too many vodkas, but all within my weekly allowance :D
    After pub munchies:
    Beans on toast (HEB)
    Strawbs
