What are these velvet crunch things that people seem to have? I'm hoping it's a low syn chocolatey treat I can embrace into my life....!
I have a confession to make.... I am a bit bored of eating fruit
I genuinely love the stuff, always have, but seem to be getting through TONS lately. So far today I have had a banana, big orange, small apple and a whole punnet of cherries. Not to mention the carrot/radishes/ cherry toms in my salad. Over the last week I reckon I have eaten a good £30 worth.
Does anyone have any other low syn (free!) and lower ££ suggestions to snack on at work?
I may be about to answer my own question here, but I think I've fallen into the habit of not embracing the more calorie laden 'free' SW foods. I don't think im eating much meat, pasta etc even on days where it should be unlimited. Maybe thats where i'm going wrong and then trying to fill up on fruit too much0 -
Sorry about my meltdown last night guys
I'm alright, it's just that RL is a bit carp at the mo. Mum has terminal cancer and it just gets to me occaisionally, especially if I've been on the sauce
Back to food, and I'm having a good EE day today.

I find eggs really good for filling you up. I am decidedly less snacky when I have a couple of eggs for brekkie! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

Thank you Mrs M, I will do just that0 -

Hello
Here I am. I've been off doing something I haven't done for as long as I can remember.... having some FUN!!! I'm a single mum and never get to go out, but have made some new friends at work - haven't been there that long but have clicked with a few people, so I went out and let my hair down on Sunday night. However, the amount of red wine that I got through hasn't agreed with me and I've had rotten tummy probs ever since.
So, back to it now, have had an egg sandwich so far today, really should find somethng else to eat. I think I'll have pasta with cheese tonight (both my A choices) and an early night, and then do some cooking tomorrow.
Oh, and that lb I gained on Saturday was gone on Sunday morning, and had taken another one away with it!!!!Say what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.0 -
hi all & well done on all the losses.
I've been really good all weekend hardly any syns (except the usual beer syns). Also did lots of walking - 7 miles on Sunday.
WI last night & another 2 lbs off - thats 4 in total.
OH really wants a chineese tonight! What to do!!!!!0
