A Slimmer Summer with Slimming World

I have bought World of flavours and its crap, serously, everything I made out of it went wrong.
Ill be selling it on ebay to some un-suspecting person but I hope no one on this thread bids on it as its not good VFM :money:
a better idea is to look on http://www.slimmingeats.com/blog/
and generally on recipe sites ( bbc food, jamie oliver, wherever you like) and if you post the link, we can woprk out a way of making it SW freindly....
Desserts are harder tho, and slimming eats and googling slimming world + desserts brings up some good stuff. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
thanks for that xMake the most of each day, live life with no regrets:j

S - velvet crunch (4) satsumas, strawberries, small piece of shortbread (4.5:eek:) milk in tea (0.5 HEA)
Dizzy, could you please tell me where you get your cookie cream chocolate from? is it Cadburys? I was doing a survey about all the different cadburys chocolate the other day and i can't for the life of me find any of them and now i want some :rotfl: TIAMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
I use passata as a tomato based sauce.
I fry peppers, onions mushrooms etc, with chilli cumin paprika ( sorry, just to taste..I dont have measurements)
then add the passata let it all cook down. then I add chicken to lightly cook in the sauce, or pour the sauce over chicken, or spicy beef meatballs. Have a fresh chopped salad on the side.
Ooooohh meatballs, what a good idea! Thank you!Nothing tastes as good as riding a horse feels0 -

Afternoon all u big losers
Hope everyone is well and enjoyed the long weekend!
Quick question, as always my days/meals are planned till shopping day, and had EE down for today, but sitting thinking about it now, Im wondering if I should change it to a red day, syn a few bits and get extra HE's, I just don't know, advice needed pretty please
Brek: Fruit & Strawb Muller
Lunch: 1/2 chicken breast & Salad, punnet of cherries, few satsumas
Tea: Shepards pie with Cauli mashed on top, sweetcorn & mushy peas
Its only the sweetcorn and mushys that are letting me down for a red, but feel I am lacking potato/rice/pasta for an EE day hmmmmmm-although I can't see where you have used any yet -so you will have 2A+Bs -so you could always add cheese to your cauli topping mmmmmm

Afternoon all,
been for a walk into town this morn to see if i could pick up any sw bargains. I was almost tempted to get some of the ww cake bar thingys but they are tiny for the syns (4.5 i think?) so i decided against it. Think i'd rather have 10 lil flumps for 5syns instead.
so today is a green day as per
B - weetaflakes (heb) and milk (hea)
L - wm bread x2 (heb) filled with low low cheese (0.5 hea) and onion chutney (1.5), apple and alpen light (3)
T - jp with cheese (0.5 hea), lf marge (1), and last of quorn chilli
S - 2 rich tea fingers (2), melon, cherry toms and muller light, 2 chewits (2?)
So thats 9.5 syns used so far£387.39/£196.46
