S: yoghurt and a banana
L: morocan veg stew and toasted couscous (3)
S: more fruitquorn sausage, sweet potato chips and veggies
Need to find some body magic now my dance teacher is away for a month :mad: so either a walk at lunchtime or a swim tonight (if the pool is open!!)0 -

Okie dokes tho today is a new day and only 4 more days eatin' till I get to Heathrow :j ( did I mention that I was going on hols...)
Today will be as follows: EE ( hea skim milk)
Rasperries, banana and yog
Lunch: Think it will be eggs beans and mushrooms on one toast ( 1/2 heb) 1/2 heb cereal with yog and more frozen berries later
Dinner will be HM burger, salad, HM oven chips.

I've been to be weighed and I've lost 3.5lbs! Having said that it will probably level out next week as I don't normally weigh in until 3.30 this afternoon and I'd had no breakfast.
