Morning all. Only 1 day in the office for me this week woooo hoooooo :-) Well done to all those who have been walking over the BH weekend.
Yesterday was slightly off plan as I also went for a walk and ended up at pub for lunch:
B: weetabix (HEB and HEA)
L: in the pub - went for sausage and mash (2 sausages = 8 syns), there was a tomatoey gravy on it too so better call it 12 syns to account for that and the butter that probably went into the mash! Small spoonful of OH's sticky toffee pub (2 syns?)omlette with mushrooms and tomatoes (free)
S: fruit and FF yoghurt
No real idea if that is EE green, but think its about 14 syns either way!
I am aiming for a 100% on plan GREEN day today:
B: alpen light bar (0.5 HEB), bananna and mullerlight
L: free salad (leaves, carrot, tomatoes, radishes). ryvita plus philly light (HEB + 0.5 HEA)free veggie tomatoey pasta
Snacks: already eaten a punnet of cherries, got orange, apple and other alpen light bar (0.5 HEB) to last me the working day!
No syns so far, will probably have a mint kitkat later tonight.0 -

stick with us hun......we may be a little craaaazy at times - but we do support each other all the way.
I dont cook anything different for my OH (if he wants white bread with the meal or sweeties he eats them....and I just glare at him :rotfl:) seriously though SW is really easy to do especially the EE plan as its kind of 'meat & 2 veg sort of eating......just really healthy -cutting out cakes, bread, fats & processed foods,so people often wouldn't know you were doing it, unless you told them0
