    Hello All,

Hope you enjoyed the long weekend

Spent most of the weekend doing body magic - which includes going metal detecting on the beach at 6am on saturday for 3 hours!

Hoping for a good day today

    Green day

    S - Muller Light
L - 5 Scan Bran (heb) with ff cottage cheese, 1 pickled egg, pepperdew peppers (need to check syns - but are gorgeous)

D - Not sure yet - need to go shopping! But have got baked bean lasagne in freezer  mmmmm & aunt bessies carrot & swede mash!
S - Fibre plus bar (heb), milk in coffee (hea)

Going to make a chickpea & veg cottage pie tonight for tomorrows dinner - had one last week at Uni & was lush - so trying to make it myself!

Might try a couple of red days this week to mix it up - could even do it today as brekkie & lunch is nuetral! I will see what i can find shopping tonight!

Well done for all the fantastic losses :T - KEEP IT UP!!!

I use passata as a tomato based sauce.

I fry peppers, onions mushrooms etc, with chilli cumin paprika ( sorry, just to taste..I dont have measurements)

then add the passata let it all cook down. then I add chicken to lightly cook in the sauce, or pour the sauce over chicken, or spicy beef meatballs. Have a fresh chopped salad on the side.

If you mean cheese and bacon pasties, yes they are v high syn.

But a cheese and bacon toasted sandwich is certainly allowed

  • toting up the cost of gym and sw, not cheap but can just about do it, thinking about it it's more of a case of i have to. got probs with my legs so although i'm not heavy (as such) i need to my weight to be as low as i can be but healthy. i'm stunned how it has just creeped up over the years.
bargin shopping is my favourite (i wait for sales in primarkie love clothes for a £1.00). i love the chanllage of seeing how far you can make meals and food shopping stretch.
need my books and then i can start on the meal plans and hopefully incorperate them into family meals. we will see, son still goes green at the thought of a veg and pure horror as i put them on his plate each day. one day they will go in his stomach. thank god the other 3 are easier to feed!

now for lunch = baked beans and a poached egg i think
    dinner = vegy stir fry
snacks = v light laughing cow, apple

Afternoon all u big losers :D Hope everyone is well and enjoyed the long weekend!

Quick question, as always my days/meals are planned till shopping day, and had EE down for today, but sitting thinking about it now, Im wondering if I should change it to a red day, syn a few bits and get extra HE's, I just don't know, advice needed pretty please

    Brek: Fruit & Strawb Muller
Lunch: 1/2 chicken breast & Salad, punnet of cherries, few satsumas
Tea: Shepards pie with Cauli mashed on top, sweetcorn & mushy peas

Its only the sweetcorn and mushys that are letting me down for a red, but feel I am lacking potato/rice/pasta for an EE day hmmmmmm
  • have any of you baught additional sw books, if so could you let me have some names and will look on ebay, really don't want to let the meas get repeative
