Dizzy - I did have an oaty bar and toast but As I had LC on my toast I decided to eat them seperatly :D I eat some strange combinations of food but cheese and toffee  is a bit extreme!!

So 8 syns yesterday makes 10 for the week so far.

    Toadys plan,

B: Polenta, eggs, mushrooms, ketchup (1)
S: Banana and maybe a yogurt (if I can get to the shop)
L: Last nights leftover quiche and potatoes with a salad (3)
    S; Mango and blueberries
    D: Not sure yet.............freezer suprise:D or pasta!

Dancing again tonight so might have cheese on toast for supper or a cereal bar

How do you serve the polenta, sounds interesting?

Does anyone have any info on the best way to maintain when you're at target? Now I'm there I still intend to hit the gym 6 days per week and I still don't/won't syn (just usually one meal out per week) so any advice would be helpful!

Congratulations Lisa, fingers crossed for good weather for your wedding. Hope everything is perfect for you, just think how great the photos will be of your super slimness :j. The target sofa will be waiting when you get back so enjoy your honeymoon, see you when you get back

Woot same goes for you too, hope everything goes perfectly and now you can join us on the target sofa too.

On a different note my dog is driving me mad, everytime and I mean EVERYTIME I move the dog jumps up to follow. When I'm sitting still he keeps staring at me and its very un nerving. If hubby or son get up he doesn't move a muscle but I only have to put down whatever I'm doing and hes up and by my side. I have heard of dogs picking up on illness i.e cancer so is he just aware I'm under the weather or is it something more serious  can't even go to the loo without him following, I love him dearly but this is doing my head in :rotfl:

    HELP!!

I am at work and have left my breakfast and lunch at home!!

I havent eaten anything today and am going to nip to tesco express at lunch - can anyone recommend ideas what I can get to keep me going? I dont have access to kettle or microwave so needs to be something I can unwrap and eat!!

i was thinking maybe some carrots and hoummous, does anyone know how much hoummous counts as a HEB and on which day?

I had made a lovely salad for lunch too and was looking forwards to having an oaty bar for brekkie :(

I think the official way is to up you HEs. I 'try'' to have 3 of each during the week [do mostly green] so if you do ee try having 2 of each and see how you go. If you're going to the gym you may still lose so you may need more HEs. HTHS

I think the idea to maintaining is to have more healthy extras, enough to suit yourself, try upping to an extra one a week & if it doesn't work, try another one etc.

Other target members should be able to tell you more (i am nowhere near target!)

I lost 1lb this week - pleased considering the weekend & unplanned trip to cinema!

Going to try and motivate myself to do more exerise this week as i think it helped me last week!

    Green day today:

B: Strawberries, rice & ff vanilla onken
L: Pasta with passata, swede, chopped toms, onions, baked beans, mushrooms & butternut squash (odd i know but using left overs!)
D: Not sure - might have HM wedges, beans & quorn burger with HM onion gravy mmm
S: Onion/Mushroom/Cannelini bean quiche, 5 Scan bran (heb) with Lemon curd quark (2), Fibre plus Bar (heb), milk in coffee (hea), 1/2 small hollow easter egg (8), Muller light

Made a gorgeous courgette soup the other day, will put the recipe on the recipe thread.

Keep up the good work x

P.S. Woot & Lisa - enjoy your weddings - savour it the best you can it goes way too quickly! Fingers crossed for nice weather x
