Hello everyone and hi to those who remember me!
I have been on and off SW and various other plans over the last year (my own healthy eating, and occasionally not so healthy eating!) and I am considering jumping back on the SW bandwagon...
So, I am going through my cupboards tonight to work out what I have that is SW friendly!!
I was wondering if anyone knew whether these products count as a HEB??
Warburtons seeded batch (small loaf)
Tesco wholewheat muesli (sugar free)
thanks in advance for the help!Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

I bought frozen catfish fillets the other week. Covered them in cajun spices ( chilli, cayenne, paprika thyme etc) and fried in a touch of frylite on a non stick pan. Really unfishy fish. Light, white flavour. Takes on seasoning well. It was 3.50 for 4 massive fillets or 3 bags for £10 which I will buy next time. Was gorgeous. Utterly gorg!
Can you tell me where you got the catfish lynz? I want to try dizzy's spicy recipe and don't want to 'waste' my good cod on that. I luuurve fish.I feel I can treat myself to some new clothes if I do get any spends. Maybe not even from a charity shop and possibly even something that's in fashion! In fairness DH is always trying to persaude me to get myself some new clothes but for the past four years I feel as though I've constantly been saying 'I'll get some when I lose some weight!"
I know the feeling scotrae and it's great!!! I've spent years getting depressed in clothes shops. My DH has always encouraged me and was dismayed when I get back from town with nothing or yet more black!! I was definitely in the zone that if I couldn't have slim, fashionable clothes then I'd rather not have any. 2.5 stone down and there's no stopping me!0 -

I'm absolutely gutted, I have gained 3lbs in this last week for absolutely no reason, I am a slimming world veteran so know the plan inside out and have stuck to it religiously, I have eaten more than in previous weeks but I have not deviated from the plan, I have had around 8 syns a day on average and have been running also.
What makes me so angry is that this always happens when I get down to this weight and the only way I can lose more is my reducing my food intake and I don't want to do that as it's not sustainable, I am still around 8lbs overweight so it's not even as though I am within the normal weight range.
It's not my * wk, that doesn't affect me as I don't have them as I have a coil fitted so there is no reason for this, I don't 'feel' I've gained weight but I don't feel I've lost anything either
I am so mad and fed up
Foodwise I have been doing EE, I have eaten things like salads for lunch or omelettes done in fry light and a meal in the evening out of one of my SW cookery books, snacks have been a hifi bar kin the evening, choc options drink, fruit and a couple of yogurts during the day, that's it! so where am I going wrong?Aug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00 -

Millie, I'd be fed up too. even though you don't have * week would your body still mimic the symptoms a little?? Or have you been eating a lot of salty foods - this will make you retain water. If you have stuck to plan then surely the only way to have gained 3lbs is water rentention so it should come back off next week (i know that won't help you feel better now sorry)
Well done to the losers and Lisa and Woot have lovely (separate) weddings x
I'm on another green day today...
B - apple, yogurt, Choc weetabix and milk (0.5heb, 0.5 hea and 1 syn)
