    Afternoon all!
Hope everyone is having a good day?

My food for today is...(green as always)
    Breakfast -Hifi bar (B choice)
Lunch - 3 cracker things (0.5 B choice) and 3 LC extra light (0.5 A choice), one of the little Hifi bars (0.5 B choice), raspberries and grapes
Tea - quorn jalfrezi (using Tesco Finest sauce, 7 syns for half a jar), brown rice
Snacks - sugar free jelly (0.5 syns)

    So that's 0.5 A choices, 2 B choices and 7.5 syns so far.

If desperate I'll have something else like an ice lolly (1.5 syns) later.

Really quite hungry now so will get tea started soon!

ETA - looking back at what I've had today there's not a lot of F&V so I'll stick some extra veg in the curry and have an orange to bump it up a bit - don't want the toilet issues again!

I am craving junk food and chocolate today its driving me nuts!!
I have had a huge bowl of mixed berries with ff greek yog for breakfast and gamberoni and spicy veg soup for lunch so just going to have a huge portion of fruit for dinner as really full off lunch, but I am craving carbs and rubbish!! I need to go to bed now to stop myself being tempted lol
    Hiya minxtress

Your craving junk might be down to having not had much protein, carbs..
All that you have mentioned has quite a high water content so will "digest and pass through your system quickly"
    Have you had your heBs?

ahhhh I guessed the gamberoni were prawns -didn't know there was pasta there too.

I know that when I eat a lot of fruit on its own I seem to get hungrier for something "substantial"...
Hope the weetabix bar takes the edge off it for you...

Hi All, Just a quickie to say I lost 3lb this week.... I know, I can't believe it either :j This makes me 11st 1lb, and my target from the start was 11 stone, so 1lb away from target. I really can't decide whether to try for another half stone or not. I am happy now with my size, I never wanted to be thin, just average.
Oh and I also need new clothes, everything is falling off me :j:j
I LOVE THIS WAY OF EATING, I THINK ITS SIMPLE, FILLING AND BLOODY AMAZING, THANK YOU MRS SLIMMING WORLD, WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!

Yay, well done you :D If you're happy with your size now you could always call target and see how you feel later on - it saves you haveing to pay every week while you decide ;)

Food Optimising is amazing isn't it? :D
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

OMG-I am loving this eating plan-refuse to call it the "d" word! Weight shifting beautifully and no guilt! I think the no guilt is the key.

We women seem to have a very strong guilt complex over just about anything lol, but you're right, we don't use the 'd' word - it's just healthy, guilt-free eating and so easy to stick to when you're enjoying what you eat :D

    Morning folks :hello:

Yesterday was good, except that OH had eaten all the cheese  so I had to have laughing cow on my suppertime toast.........okish but not as good as 'proper' cheese!

    Today's plan
    B: Polenta, eggs, ketchup (1)
    S: Banana, FF yoghurt
L: Salad, roasted BNS, onion and pepper, quorn roast fillet
    S: Cherries
D: ?????? I'll have to decide when I get in!! Depends how kn*ckered I am, possibly pasta n veggies with philly type concoction.
I'll use my other HEB for supper might have an oaty bar or toast again.

UPDATE: D: I made a courgette and leek quiche topped with Mozerella (HEA +3 syns) with new potatoes and peas, followed by mango, blueberries and yoghurt.

Which still leaves me 2HEB's for supper! :T

You are so right, I'm sitting at home feeling down right awful and feeling guilty cos I think I should be at work :o. Have felt slightly worse today and have finally been convinced to have the week off [MEGA GUILT TRIP NOW]:p.

    Food today:
B - weetabix splash milk [from HEa] & hot water, coffee
L - mugshot, fruit salad & onken [pineapple, melon, apple, satsuma]
T - left over potato bake [cheese, milk, philly = 2xa, 1xb], spaggy hoops, bbq sauce [1]
    Snacks - nothing YET
    Syns - 1!
Usually have more fruit & yog as snack but felt rough and slept most of afternoon :o too late to have it now as will keep me up visiting loo . Might have a breakaway or some chocolate later if I need to.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
