    Hello lovlies
    EE today I think:
    Breakfast rice with a banana
    an apple
SW quiche with 2 new potatoes
    huge bowl of pineapple
jacket potato with beans and cheese (HEB)
2 oranges, big bag of grapes
And I'll have a piece of toast with marmite on later for my HEB

No syns today, but I'm on a course tomorrow with lunch provided, and as the course fee and lunch come from my training budget at work I feel obliged to have some. Will be super sensible though (until the cakes come out...:o)
But, I've only had 29 so far this week (week starts on Saturday) so I think I can afford a couple of sandwiches and some watermelon!

    Happy eating everyone!

Also, i have come to realise i need to start eating fish - i bloody hate fish (goes back to granny trying to feed us cod simmered in milk in my youth and have never touched it since, the thought makes me feel quite ill!) Sooooo, what isn t a fishy fish iykwim? and what could i have it with to 'ease' me into the fishy world?

I bought frozen catfish fillets the other week. Covered them in cajun spices ( chilli, cayenne, paprika thyme etc) and fried in a touch of frylite on a non stick pan. Really unfishy fish. Light, white flavour. Takes on seasoning well. It was 3.50 for 4 massive fillets or 3 bags for £10 which I will buy next time. Was gorgeous. Utterly gorg!

otherwise, coley is fantastic. Just love that one too.

Im getting more adventurous with fish too. Bought a dab the other day, lovely light flavour too but so many bones:eek:
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

Urgh, catfish makes me feel sick, my ex made it for me once, smothered in cheese sauce when I was suffering so badly with morning sickness I couldn't even keep a glass of water down. I hope your catfish experience is nicer than mine was!!

Hello all, I put on 1,1/2 lb this week. I knew I'd put on but am really going to go for it this week. I need to lose 10 lb to be back in my target range and I have 6 weeks to go to my holiday so DIZZY bring the tank along (but not if you're going to spit!!!!!!) - read MRS. Ms post!! xx

That looks much better.... I've never really tried cajun flavoured food but might give it a whirl at the weekend!

I've got some cajun seasoning in the cupboard, I'll do some home made stuff instead!
