Monkey- reduced sections and SW seldom mix IMO :money: unless you are fortunate and get lean meat. Howeverin mine its usually cream cakes and apple pies.

Anyhow Im back on it today as have been shopping plus will pop to market later. Today is EE

Break is strawbs, rasp bluberries and yog
Lunch will be more fruit and egg and mushroom sandwich ( HEB bread)
Dinner is the mexican chicken we keep threatening to have. Chicken peppers onion mushrooms passata.
Snacks will be fruit another HEB which is likely to be cereal and my beloved Dime bar. ( 7) may have the taco shell but might not to keep low syn for once in my life ( can I do it?)

Can anyone confirm. Are the asda fake skips- prawn flavour 3.5 syns per pack? Is it right that their quaver types are 2.5 per pack (seen this on minimins) Have the prawn ones here and quite impressed if they are really low syn- seem to get a fair amount in the packet :D

Will be doing some body magic of a couple of miles walk and maybe just maybe do my exercize vid. I have been dong leg stretches too to tone up my upper thighs....

Am going to treat myself to a nice frock too today. Hope everyone gets the rest they need

I needed a lie in but my bladder woke me up at 6.40 and I couldnt stay asleep  I thought I had toieting while asleep down to a fine art  :P i might go back for a nap later though!

    Happy Saturday everyone

    Morning!
WI for me and I gained one lb. I'm seriously unimpressed, I thought I'd done well this week and am now desperately trying not to just say stuff it, it's just not going to happen for me and I'll jsut have to get used to being fat.
Just had scrambled eggs and toast for breakfast and am now going to wallow in self pity for a while!

    Annie,

Dont worry, seriously! I gain a little sometimes: It will happen for you if you stick to the plan ( says me lol)

You do not have to " get used" to being fat. :p Why not go out for a 10 min brisk walk and think things through?

B: baked beans, HEB toast, NAS squash, HEA milk in teas

AnniG - is it possible you are suffering from syn creep?

What I mean from that is are you sure you are measuring and logging all you eat? Stuff that has to be syned that is.

Might be a good idea to make a menu and stick with it so you can see just how much you are eating. I know myself from low carbing (carb creep) that it is so easy to get complacent and think you know what you are doing and all of a sudden the way of eating stops working *sigh* - can you tell I have been there done that :o

Hope I am wrong but syn/carb creep can strike at anytime and hit the best of us ;)

looks like I'm having a green day! didn't know what I wanted for brekkie so just had half a tin of beans that were in the fridge and needed using up. lunch will be ???? and tea the same! Meant to be going to a BBQ but OH might not be in the mood as his family dog died yesterday so will save both HEB for tea so can have meat if we do go. If not it'll be pork steak (HEB), salad and new potatoes at home!

Half a lb on for me this week which is not that bad considering how far off plan I have been.

If the skips are 6.5 then dont buy them folks as they are not as good as french fries

Am super starving and Need OH to get up so we can go out.

I'm back from my jollies, had a lovely time although i'm totally shattered now. Just finished chucking our washing in and putting bags away i'll do the rest later coz i really need a cuppa n sit down :p

Not had chance to catch up yet but well done to all who have lost and those who have had little gains you'll soon get rid and hugs to those that need them.

Right back on plan for me after a week of living it up on chips, crisps bbq's and loads of other yummy but v v naughty things, think i'll have a nice easy green day today. Need to go to the shop to get a few bits in so i'll do my meal plan later.

Annie, its probably just fluid, look at my WI's each week and I have been 100% every week apart from my birthday, and had gains, STS etc, but it always comes off again, and then you will lose more. try not to be too disheartened, don't give up. I gained last week and the week before for absolutely no reason at all, and I too was down but that few pound has gone now, and even if it comes back next week, I know it will go eventually. Increase your water intake, it really does help. Thats one of the things these lovely people advised me to do, and it works! x
