            I managed to get a pack of those Pagen Krisprolls - wow I love them! Only problem is I can't get to Asda and can't find them anywhere else! Anyone know where else sells them? None in Waitrose or Co Op - my nearest shops. Wonder if Tesco or Sainsburys have them?
Hi Alison
I can get them in Sainsbury's. And I agree, they're yumma!Say what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.0 -
            Commiserations Dizzy. Grrrrrr at them from here too!
Well, I've tried to be good but have had 10-15 syns a day this week. Last WI I'd gained one but I knew this was down to my birthday meal the day before and being 'colonically congested' IYKWIM! I was determined to get a grip and have steadily been losing on my home scales since then, passing from the 13s into the 12s. I didn't think this would be the case on the SW scales though. Actually, I weighed my jeans before dressing this morning and when I saw they weigh 1lb I opted for a very lightweight dress and top with tights. Everyone thought it was new ... because it's been so flaming tight of late that I've not worn it at this job without a jacket over. Anyhow, some lovely comments from colleagues were my body magic for the day! (Although to tell the truth I'd rather someone just said "Oh - have you lost weight" instead of saying "you look well!".
Anyhow, to my delight at weigh in I was bang on the round stone (so 13s not 12s but mentally Im past a key marker and on a roll!) ...4.5 lbs off last week! The lady on the scales honked her hooter to herald the news- although the 'consultant' didn't even notice. She's been busy chatting to newcomers when I've weighed in everytime but once in my first five visits and although she said for the first couple of weeks she'd phone me she never has, even when I gained last week. There's no image therapy session either. There always seem to be people signing up but I wonder what her drop-out rate is.
Well, thank goodness for all of you - all the advice and encouragement I need, so long as I keep making myself go and weigh in on SW scales each week! You're a lovely lot! Here's a virtual thank you hug to you all.

            OOOH ... very important question. If I log into SW online and have my weekly progress on there should it show my half stone sticker? I've tried to follow instructions to make my latest award show but it's still not there.
Chuckled when I read that the site asked if I'd congratulated myself on my weightloss though! "Yes" thinks I. "With a lovely salad at Pizza Express and the figs with marscarpone too!!!"0 -

            Sorry to hear your news Dizzy, thats very annoying. At least you have got another date though and not left in limbo, small comfort I know! My OH is going through the tests to receive a kidney... its very frustrating not knowing if or when it will happen :-(
I had a lovely tea tonight using Patak's tikka masala paste (which was in the fridge from pre-SW). I really fancied a curry and was willing to take the hit on the syns for it, but happy days I just checked online and its only 1 syn per tablespoon (I used 2 tablespoons but got 2.5 portions of curry in the end). So today looks like this:
EE
B: 2 x weetabix (HEB) + milk (HEA), apple
L:ainsleys cous cous (1), cherry toms, cucumber, sugar snap peas, raw carrot
S: muller light, bananna, walkers baked crisps (5)
 chicken tikka masala made with pataks sauce (1), tinned toms, onion and FF fromage frais, rice.
S: bannana and strawberries with FF fromage frais, 2 finger mint kit kat (5.5)
syns = 12.5
I feel like I've eaten LOADS today but constantly hungry, * week deffo coming up. Was so tempted by more kit kat but decided to be good and go for the fruit and yoghurt for supper, yay!0 -

It does seem to be a bit of an issue. Most people probably don't have the backup of a site like this... they have to trust the consultant at meetings (which you pay enough for and expect to be right!)0
