Hi which are the healthy extras you are allowed each day on eealso is the free food unlimited. I looked on ebay at the ee booklets but not sure which ones i need, also some people are selling the books in disc format, is this any good.

What does HEB mean and hea mean?

HEB = healthy extra B HEA = healthy extra A

    HEA is milk & cheese
HEB there are to many to mention but can be cereals, bread, cereal bars etc

Sounds yummy!! Will defo try this.

    Green day for me:

B - oats (HEB), FF yog
L - veggie spag bol, spaghetti, cheese (HEA)
D - omlette with onions/garlic/peppers/cheese (HEB) served with new pots with LF mayo (2.5syns) and salad, LF ketchup (1syn), brown sauce (1syn), LF coleslaw (3.5syns)
Snacks - HB egg, pear, LF choc mousse (3.5syns)
Drinks - water, fruit tea, coffee (skimmed milk = HEA), squash

If they're the synfree ones, they come under free foods.

Do you have a food directory? If not put the brand on here and some lovely person will look them up for you. :A

Glad Dizzy found you MrsM, now don't do that again  we all had such a stressy Sunday wondering where you were :rotfl:

Still on the straight & narrow but am a bit concerned about the amount of bread I will have consumed by WI. Oh well can't be helped :o
    B - weetabix hot water/milk [part a] coffee
L - 2x wm rolls [2xb], lemon curd [3], toms, couscous quiche, pineapple, melon, activia, breakaway [5]
T - cheesy pasta bake [2xa [including breakfast a], mushrooms, onions, peppers, spring onions, passata] bbq sauce [1] [am addicted don't you know :D]
Snacks - pineapple, melon, satsuma, apple, onken
    Syns - 9
Lots of superfrees to hopefully counteract the bread :D

I will also be very glad when I have finished the crappy Tesco [very] cheap weetabix cos they are bloomin hard even when soaked in boiling water :o.

    Helloooeeeee
Another good day here! I've been for a half hour march up and down the fat lane, and had a fab green food day - I gave up on the 7 day thingamy but have been rocking the green days all week and am feeling good!
    Today has been:
    berries, yogurt and oats (B)
Ryvita and banana (rest of the B)
cheese, cucumer and crisp sandwich (A,B and 5 syns)
    half a melon
    milk in tea (A)
dinner will be pasta with lemon juice, chopped herbs and salt and pepper
and a 2 finger kitkat for later (5.5)
    = 2xA, 2xB and 10.5 syns.

Keep up the good work everyone!

When you joined you should have been given a PIN number for the member's section of the SW website. There are tools there where you can look up and work out syn values.
