Hello all, have been trying to catch up with you all. I have not been around for a few days (nobody missed me! (lol).

I have missed MRS M as well - hope all is well.

DIZZY - FABULOUS NEWS - Not too much time to worry about it, best way don't you think?

Congratulations to all losers and WELCOME to the newcomers.

MINX - have a great holiday - you deserve it. As for the Take That tickets, would you really have wanted to go with a scumbag like that? Don't think so, you're worth more than that. x

    Get to bed!!! :rotfl:

Been awake all night as my eye is really painful and all down that side of my face is painful. Have taken some painkillers and gone back to bed. Feel bad about not going into work but know there is no way I can work on computer with my eye so painful.

Hope everyone has a good day and good luck to those WI today.

Morning all. Feeling very tired oday, DH has 'man flu' and was up in the middle of the night making lemsip!! He then spent a good while sneezing at some point so generally a rather disturbed night!! He mut feel fairly bad though as he was meant to be going off walking with his mates today but he's decided to stay at home.

    I'm doing SE today:

    Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), banana
Lunch - large mixed salad, chicken, WM pitta (HEB), salad cream (2), melon, pineapple, grapes
Tea - ? don't know as eating at Mum's but will be on plan!

Yayyyy! 2lbs off last week. And that was with a night out and a sneaky half a pizza on Tuesday. That takes me to 5lbs in 3 weeks :j I know compared to some of you, that's not a lot, but it's feeling like i'm making a dent in it IYKWIM.

So today EE (yes - again lol)

B - 2 weetabix HEB, skimmed milk from HEA. Cup of tea with HEA

    L - Sushi box from Tesco (4) Snack a Jacks (4.5) Banana & Mullerlight

D - Spag bol (with mushrooms, peppers, onion, celery, courgette & carrott) also made up with half normal mince and half soya mince (really can't taste the difference, healthier AND :money:) probably served with rocket salad. 1/2tbsp Parmesan (.5)

Totally forgot to eat the fruit salad I took to work with me, with all my SS in it, so I will have that for dessert.

At this rate, I'll be nearly 1 stone lighter for Glastonbury than I was when I started :j

    SK x

We were told last week in our leaders chat that if you do EE you can't put the veg in your bolognese sauce - because it cooks down and it won't be the right proportion by the time you eat it. If it's going to be EE you have to serve your veg on the side.

This was 'hot off the press' after our group leader had been to a slimming world meeting the previous week.....

Just dont buy this! We have all lost weight this way!Perfectly comfortably!

Whats the difference between eg a bolognaise or a roasted veg pasta sauce, not much.

    *confused*
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind

I'm just saying what we were told! Our leader said that she had been told this at a leaders meeting the previous week!

And she was most insistent that we understood this - I'm just reporting what we were told!
