Today will have a GREEN day -

    B - ryvita and cheese
    L - Onion soup. Banana
T- Corned beef quiche and some new potatoes with veg.
HEA -ryvita & probably a cereal bar HEB - cheese & milk
Syns - 2 for the quiche and not sure on the rest yet.
    Fruit for snacks.

Have just tried to make some egg mayo with yogurt, black pepper and a squirt of lemon juice - its ok not great though, do you think quark would be better (never used it)
personally i would use some extra light salad cream for 1 syn per tablespoon - sometimes you need the real thing lol

Afternoon all, went back to the hospital today as it has been over a week and my eye was still really painful. Turns out that in addition to an abrasion on my pupil I also had a "foreign body" in my eye which the doctor removed my using a horrible instrument which further scratched my eye!
At home resting it now and they gave me some eye drops and I have taken some painkillers and the big cinnamon sticky bun I have just eaten was for medicinal purposes ;)

Afternoon! Hope everyone is having a good day and not getting soaked or blown away!

Well it's that time of the week again when I'm trying to do my meal plan for the week and go food shopping!! I bloody hate doing it:mad:!! I can't decide what to make and I'm sick of thinking about food!

I'm lucky that my dd 9 will eat just about anything, in fact last night she went through all my SW magazines and picked out all the recipes with prawns in them! Left to her we would have prawns 3 times a day everyday!! :D

Right, I'm going to make a cuppa then come back and write the most delicious meal plan ever!!!

So I’ve only lost 1lb this week…not ideal but still a loss. I suspect it has a lot to do with my portion sizes and the fact that I’ve not been sticking to the portion of super free foods on my plate *headdesk*! I’ll learn…fast

I was rather good this weekend AND I found my SW pack with loads of little books in it….yup, you guessed it, EXCEPT my proper weigh-in book
Called my sister who is also doing SW and asked if she could find out if I could buy a replacement book. Turns out, she lost hers, bought a new one…then lost it and found the original one, found the second one and has now misplaced BOTH! I’m beginning to wonder how she’s never managed to lose her kids!

This weekend was the start of my strawberry, blueberry and grape binge – I just LOVE em – I can’t do myself any harm grazing on them during the day can I?

I also found out that the ‘plan’ I’ve been doing is called Mix2Match (again forgot about the third portion thingy) so probably doing myself a bit of a carb overload injury. To top it all off I have a poorly nursing queen who ‘redecorated’ my livingroom last night while I was sleeping and this morning in my rush to get to work after calling the vet and cleaning the carpet (yes – she couldn’t do it in the kitchen on the floor – it had to be on the livingroom carpet) I left my breakfast and lunch in the fridge!! Not a happy bunny at all…struggling financially doesn’t bode well with having to pop out and buy more lunch. Good thing I have a ‘stash’ of Muller lights and tuna at work and sis reminded me that crackerbread is a HEB and fat free cottage cheese is free YAY!

    Today is RED
B – Muller light, apple, peach, tea (skimmed milk from HEA)
L – Tuna, salad, FryLight Caesar spray, 2 x crackerbreads (0.5 HEB) with cottage cheese and a packet of Velvet Crunch [4 syns]
D – Beef stew in the slowcooker, spinach, broccoli and okra, Muller light new york cheesecake yogurt [1 syn]

Snacks – satsumas, 2 x alpen lights (HEB)

Hope you all had a fabulous weekend and are in full swing for the week ahead *hugs’n’stuff*

I use ff fromaige frais and a tiny bit of quark - if not extra light mayo is only 1/2 syn per tbsp so its hardly gonna knock you over the 15! (that would have to be one big bowl!)

    Milk in tea (HEA)
cheese, cucumber and crisp sandwich (HEA,B and 5 syns and amazing!)
    strawberries
    yogurt
And delicious mince with pasta for dinner.
I also had a slice of lemon drizzle cake at work that one of my colleagues made, no idea on the syns but I'll call it 10 and be done for the day!

It's blowing a gale outside, but I may go for a walk anyway, we'll see how I feel once I've done the enormous pile of washing up that's sitting waiting for me :o
