    Hi guys

I am looking to join sw but I am worried that it won't work for me. Is it complicated? I have a mammoth appatite so am worried that I will eat so much free food that I won't lose weight. The part after the weigh-in (Image therapy?) is that good and worthwhile?

    Thanks x

    Hi all,

Have lost 1.5lbs this week. So that's 5.5lbs in total in two weeks :D

The loss this week even included chinese restaurant and a rather large glass of wine - so I'm well pleased :D

    Food today has been:

    b: 2 wtabx and nana
l: jacket and beans = 1 for marge
    s: melon and pineapple
d: smoked pork sausage, brown rice and veg chilli - strange combination but nice :D = about 5
    s: yoghurt

hmmmm that means there's some spare sins :D

    Hi,
Just back from the curry house and I was much more controlled than I thought I'd be.:j

So today's food turned out to be not at all what I'd planned...

Breakfast - satsuma and Hifi bar (B choice)
Lunch - all free salad, strawberries and raspberries and a dollop of nutella (4 syns) (after being informed we were going out, so a moody chocolate fix)
Tea - plain rice (free), chana masala, diet coke and just half a poppadom (2 syns ish)

No idea of syns of chana masala - any ideas? I think I'd rather not know:o

Just more fruit for later on if needed....
Oooh - just remembered - could have a frozen muller instead?

just popping in to say I've had a lovely day, all on plan, no syns to make up for the biscuit incident yesterday, went for a walk earlier that made me feel amazing and have just had the cheesiest cheesy mash ever as I used both my A choices for today and used low fat cheese which meant I could have loads.
    Hurrah for Slimming world!!!

Ps wasn't it consultant that was off on holiday? I didn't think Mrs M was. I hope she's ok.

After my successful weigh-in, I have stayed almost on track today:

    Green day
B: 2 x weetabix with milk (HEb and HEa), strawberries and FF yoghurt
L: WM pitta bread (HEb), mini pot of reduced fat houmous (3), salad, tomatoes
    S: muller light
D: cheese and broccoli 'pasta n sauce' packet with extra broccoli and carrots
    S: 2 x choc digestive (9) and mint kit kat (5.5)

Yikes, thats 17.5 syns! Damn my love of chocolate, they add up way too quickly, deffo not eating anything else except fruit now!

    Plan for tomorrow is EE:

B: Fibre plus bar (HEB), fruit and muller light
L: roast pork, savory rice and lots of salad, apple sauce (2)
    S: fruit fruit fruit
D: Birds eye bake to perfection chicken thing (still in freezer from pre-SW world, but not that bad at 3 syns). Vegetables, new potatoes.
