Morning all! I haven't planned my food very well today, I was going to have a green day but I'd have too many HEBs so I'll have to have some extra veg with tea and make it EE. I'm having 2 HEB as I'm at target. My consultant said I should do that everyday but I'm concerned it would be too much so I'm doing it a few days a week for a start then I cn increase or reduce it depending on what the scales say!
Brekkie - Porridge (HEA&B), banana, grapefruit, orange
Lunch - WM pitta (HEB), chicken, stuffing (2.5), tomato salad, melon, pineapple, grapes
Tea - Cod, sw chips, mushy peas, carrots, green beans, ketchup (2)0 -
still on the sw plan, still losing weight.I cant believe how easy this is to follow.I am still having a cooked breakfast including two poached eggs every morning, except yesterday when I ran out of eggs.I could really tell the difference as I kept feeling peckish and "snacky".Back to eggs again today.have made the ryvita chocolate cake and a raspberry mouse sw style over the last two weeks-gorgeous.Tonight trying nigella style white beans and steak and mash sw.0

Feeling a bit _pale_ this morning as I had a bread binge last night  really cross with myself today  Spent half the night awake with indigestion but that serves me right!!
Today:
B: boiled egg and WW wholemeal toast (HEB)
L: Morrocan veg stew with toasted couscous (3)???? I had planned a synned HM pizza but might go for something a little lighter!
I've got fruit/yoghurt in my bag in case the munchie monster strikes again0 -

Thanks for this - it caused a lightbulb moment! - i've been feeling proper ropey today and i couldn't work out what it was.. i had a bread roll yesterday so it must be that!!i love the bread but the bread don't love me!!
Oh that sounds brill!! Where did you get married in Nashville? That is SO cool :T :T
I have wanted to go on this trip for ages I cant believe its really happening. Cant wait for the food and drinks yum! Looks so great!
However, Ive just seen about the ash cloud  really hope it doesnt disrupt us!
Do you know, i'm not actually sure where we got married, i think it was like the County Clerk office or something, bit like our registrars.. i was so overwhelmed on the day i just got in the taxi and went!! it was a fair way out of town though! They were so nice, they loved the fact that we'd chosen there to get married (in our plaid shirts, jeans and cowboy hats!!:o:rotfl:)
We were on holiday over there anyway(did a tour of all the music-y stuff, Graceland, museums, Studio B, Sunstudios) and just thought we'd get married whilst we were there! Very MSE - it was £60!
You'll have a wonderful time i'm sure, the cajun catfish is lovely(according to OH) but a lot of stuff is deep fried! The cookie i had was twice the size of a can of coke and the beer was at least 2 pints in one glass! You seem to be doing a tour of the NP's though so you'll need the energy!
Anyway back to business... [STRIKE]red [/STRIKE] EE day for me
B - apple, yogurt, choc weetabix (4)
L - oopsies x2, ham, salad, HM coleslaw
T - pork steak, jacket potato, salad, cheese (HEA)

Morning all, hope you are all feeling postive for the week ahead!
I had my first fibre plus bar on the way to work. It was very chocolatey, not really like breakfast! I'm not sure how keen I am on them, maybe would be better as an afternoon snack!0 -
