Yayyyy! 2lbs off last week. And that was with a night out and a sneaky half a pizza on Tuesday. That takes me to 5lbs in 3 weeks :j I know compared to some of you, that's not a lot, but it's feeling like i'm making a dent in it IYKWIM.
So today EE (yes - again lol)
B - 2 weetabix HEB, skimmed milk from HEA. Cup of tea with HEA
L - Sushi box from Tesco (4) Snack a Jacks (4.5) Banana & Mullerlight
D - Spag bol (with mushrooms, peppers, onion, celery, courgette & carrott) also made up with half normal mince and half soya mince (really can't taste the difference, healthier AND :money:) probably served with rocket salad. 1/2tbsp Parmesan (.5)
Totally forgot to eat the fruit salad I took to work with me, with all my SS in it, so I will have that for dessert.
At this rate, I'll be nearly 1 stone lighter for Glastonbury than I was when I started :j

Ooooh another glasto goer
I have been a few times and this year Im working it!
Some of the meals I have at Glasto are total staples: I have to have fresh cinamon donuts, I have to have square pie & mash and I must drink plenty of brothers cider
Are you taking camping stove etc? Im not bothering as I have a duff hand and cant carry much. My tent weighs a tonne tho  I get given 3 meals a day for my volunteering but Im not sure what it is  I am a bit of a fusspot
Anyway onwards.
Today not so great really.
Well its EE ( of sorts!)
Banana HEB cereal yog and HEA skim milk
Lunch was falafel ( fried!) in WHITE pitta with salad. I enjoyed a little of it but it so wasnt worth it ( anyone want to hazard a guess?)
Tonight I am having HM beef and veg stew with mini SW roasties.
And probably a kit kat:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Congrats to all the losers
I am having a very sleepy evening, dont know whats wrong with me. I really should have gone out for a run but am just lounging on the sofa feeling vaugely grumpy.
Not made any tea yet. OH has eaten on his way home from work so its just me to think about. Will change from the original plan and probably have something pasta based and make it an EE day.
ETA: I just stirfryed courgette, brocolli, pepper, tomatoes in frylight and then a dash of soy sauce. Served with free golden veg savory rice, yum yum. Just the kind of thing OH would hate!!0 -
Great news Dizzy, how exciting :j will have to be careful what we say about you soon cos you'll hear us :rotfl:
Enjoy your holiday Minx you and the kids deserve it.
A good start to the week for me:
B - weetabix hot water/milk [part a] coffee
L - 2x wm rolls [2xb], lemon curd [3] couscous fritta [which morphed into a quiche without the cheese], toms , pineapple, melon, activia, breakaway [5]
T - sw chips, couscous quiche, mushrooms, onions, beans, bbq sauce [1]
Snacks - apple [too late home for usual fruit & onken]
Syns - 9
Need more HEa's oh dear
I made the couscous into a quiche by layering the base with onion and mushroom, mixed the couscous [made up as normal] with 6 eggs and covered the base then layered more onions on top and dotted chopped cherry tomatoes over it. Is very yummy and filling.
Where is MrsM, hope shes ok.Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
Keep the Faith All

Evening all - fab news for both Dizzy and Minxtress. And well done to all the losers - keep up the good work.
Had a bit of a funny day today foodwise - Monday's are the worst days for me at work - non-stop from 7.30 to 5.30 without a break longer than 10 mins at lunchtime. Its all over now - so no point dwelling.
But the food I've managed to scoff has been....green of course!
Breakfast - Hifi bar (B choice)
Mid morning - banana
Lunch - pasta and sauce (1 syn, 0.5 A choices for the milk), strawberries and raspberries
Tea - free bean chilli with loads of speed veg and beans etc, cheese on top (A choice), a few walnut halves (0.5 B choice)
Extras - bourbon biscuit (3.5 syns), mini shortbread cake thing (flipping late meetings!) (6 syns to be on the safe side)
So that's 1.5 A choices, 1.5 B choices and 10.5 syns.
If I absolutely have to have something else I'll stick to fruit this evening.
WI tomorrow and after the accidental curry yesterday I'm not feeling very confident and feel very bloated again. It's rubbish when you just feel fat isn't it? Puts you in a really cr*ppy frame of mind foodwise....
Oh well, tomorrow is another day and hopefully there'll be a big toilet visit before the dreaded scales (sorry for lowering the tone again!)0 -
Fab news Dizzy! Good luck for Friday x0
