    I do not believe :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I cannot give up my soup

Surely we can still have soup???????? It'll be ok on Green days anyway, EVERYONE has soup!!!!!!!!

    Morning ladies:hello:
Last night I made pizza with a Warburtons square wrap (8 syns) and it was bl**dy gorgeous!!:drool::drool::drool:

OH asked if we can have it 3 times a week (he’ll be like Mr Dizzy and his ox burgers) I topped it with tomato, wilted spinach, mushrooms and a HEA of cheese and served it with SW wedges:D

Finished the day on 14.5 syns which is a lot for me midweek but I had my nibbly head on so not too bad at all…..

I’ve got a very stressful few weeks at work about to start :mad:so I’m trying very hard to keep myself as relaxed as possible at home and will try to plan ahead a bit more to avoid the takeaway!!

    Today:
B: ‘Fried’ potato and eggs, ketchup (1)
    S: Yoghurt and a banana
L: Salad with couscous and chickpeas
D: Quicky tea needed tonight as it’s dancing:dance: so probably pasta with veggies and a Philly type sauce
Fruit and yoghurt if I need it and HEB’s for supper

Hope you have a decent consultant Minxtress, mine was a erm....... a jobsworth is a polite way of putting it!

 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

Warburtons square wraps - got mine from Asda (and got the syns from another board :o) HUGE!!!! and really nice! It crisped up on the edges but was moist in the middle *drool*

We could have shared it but we're both greedy when it comes to pizza and it was worth every syn *wipes chin*

Packet had a good few in (didn't count but loads left) cost £1.45, can be used for wraps etc and I'm told they freeze well.

    Get to bed!!! :rotfl:

Thanks for caring Susiebear - did sleep better last night.

DIZZY - The trip to the tearooms is in September, can't wait to get into that huge scone. I have been rubbish lately and I'm off on holiday to Lanzarote on 9th June for a week!

Not really worried about the holiday cos it's all inclusive and there's always a lovely choice (I actually LOST weight before when we went) My main worry is that the size 10 holiday stuff wont fit (I know the 8s wont) I've got to get them out and check. I'm 10 lb out of target range now and am really struggling to get any off.

Have a good day all xx

You can attend any class - not just the ones your sw cons leads - my mum had just same issue ie 12 wks free but would miss 3 due to flight times etc she went to a diff group in the area run by another leader and still got her attendance. So if you could find a class fri pm or sat am you would be fine :) hth

    Morning all

Been on my hols and gorged on bacon sandwiches and wine, so gotta get back into the plan!

    Today will be green:

Scrambed egg, baked beans, Seeded bread (7!), spread (2)
Porridge (HEB and half HEA), sugar (1)
Raspberries, kiwi and tinned pineapple (2) Fat free yoghurt
Large jacket potato, 3 light babybels (HEA), lettuce, tomato, light mayo (2)

Going to the gym later so will save another half HEA and HEB for weetabix after

That's all my healthy extras, 14 syns and 6 fruit and veg, so should fill me up!

Going out for a meal tomorow so am going to do a red day and have chicken salad. Just have to stay away from the wine and puddings!
