Well done on everyones losses :T, everyones doing brilliantly apart from me :(. I did my wi this morn and i've gained 3lb! and thats before my blummin hol :rotfl: . Think its a combination of it being my totm, a change in meds (again!) and the fact that i caved big time twice last week and went way over my syns. Feeling really bloated and sluggish and just yucky. Not even gonna kid myself that i'll be able to stick to plan today as we havent got much in and we're trying to use a few bits up before tomoro.
Oh well hopefully all the swimming and walking round center parcs will result in a sts for next week (i hope). Food wise i doubt i'll be 100% on plan but i'll be back on the wagon and raring to go when i get back at the end of the week :D

Have just realised that since our last scales broke, I never got around to replacing them!! I used to use the Wii fit every day so would get weighed on there, but then a couple of weeks went past when I was working lots extra and didn't have the time, and lately I've dreaded getting back on there to be weighed!!
So not a great start really to planning on loosing weight, when I don't even know how much I weigh now!!
Will brave the Wii Fit board tomorrow so I know where I stand, then will commit myself to a weekly weigh in on the Boots scales. I don't want to buy myself some as I would be on the 5 times a day and get frustrated if I hadn't lost every time!! :o

Have had a quite good day today, although really need to force myself to count everything and find out Syn values for things rather than saying Oh, they can't be too bad!

B: Small bowl of shredded wheat bitesize! (Have just dug out my books from when I went to group before, so will brush up on exactly how much I should have and measure from now on!) Milk HEA
L: Big plate of salad - lettuce, toms, cucumber, red onion, red pepper + 1 boiled egg. Did allow myself a bit of salad cream, which I didn't measure :o, but did make sure I used lots less than usual.
Dinner will be Lamb that I got for a massive bargain in Mr T today :money:, will make some roast pots, with frylight rather than oil :(:o, and then will pile up the plate with veg - sweet potato, parsnips, carrots, peas, cabbage.
Will syn some gravy or it just wouldn't be a proper roast!! :D
Snacks: Melon, Grapes, and 2 Rich Tea Biscuits.

Will brush up on my knowledge of measurements and syn values so I can make sure I stick to it all properly! Have no idea what the Rich Tea biscuits were??

Thanks everyone for your kind words, and hugs. Ive resisted the chocolate cuddles but think il have a dime tonight when I REALLY need it.
I know he's just messing with my head, however he came yesterday when I was out and took loads out of the house, things we'd bought together or things he just thought were his. Im not going to fight him for them, it just upset me. I also found out he has sold our tickets to go see Take That (think im more upset about this than anything lol!!) Anyway slapping the smile on to deal with my customers and children coming back after a night away, and praying for a good week next week, and a good price for my flights so I can get booked up!!
Well done on your weight loss everyone, I wonder if we add up how many lbs since start of this thread and the last one, what the total would be?? Any guesses? xxx

Honey I need a chocolate fix every day ( no matter what!!!) and always have a dime bar. Even half a dime is only 3.5 syns so there is always space in my life for chocolate!

He sounds like a meanie to me selling your TT tickets. Well done you for keeping a lid on it I would have lifted, gone spare and made everyone know about it :D I do livid very well :D

anyway EE day today but am being a bit "flexi"

    Break: Banana, Strawbs & Yogs
Luncheon: Bacon on HEB roll with mushrooms and grating of cheese ( some HEA)Diet coke
dinner is HM burger on rolls ( HEB2) salad and some HM SW chips or wedges.

Did treat myself to a samosa (?) and have had 5 pringles so far.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

    * was it you that asked about the old corned beef quiche recipe?

tin of corned beef (the extra lean is 4 syns a tin I believe)
    fine chopped onion.....mix these together.

Press this into a flan base, beat together eggs & cottage cheese with salt/pepper to taste & Bake as per normal SW quiche ;)

I used to love this hot or cold when we could have it free in the good old days :) might have to make one soon (I'd forgotten all about it.....and how good it was!)

Oooh, is that a proper size tin?

I'm missing corned beef, I love it mashed with potato and onion and fried into rissoles.

    hey everyone!

Had a pretty good food day today, which i'm pleased about as I have been 'off plan' for a few weeks :o

Not gone mad, but i've just not been actively writing down stuff, or keeping a proper tab on how many syns I have had. I'm hoping it is a STS jobbie, but will check next thursday. Not been on the Wii for ages either as I like to exercise without the OH home, and he's finished uni now so is still here in the mornings (I usually exercise before breakfast)

    Green day

    Breakfast/Lunch:
2 x weetabix (HEB) with 250ml ss milk (HEA) tsp sugar (1)

    Snacks:
1/3 chocolate and raspberry cafe nero muffin (10)
(overestimating slightly just in case I had more than 1/3rd)

apple if I get peckish before tea.

    Tea:
quorn red onion burger, lettuce & cucumber, 28g red cheese (HEA2), small wholemeal roll (HEB2) 150g McCains rustic oven chips (1.5).

So that is both HEA & B's and 12.5 syns accounted for. Might have some ketchup for the chips for 1 syn, or a Mr. Men lollie for 2 later on.
