I have always had that hip to waist ratio issue but when jeans adn trousers went "hipster" I found the solution for a number of years, just wore those! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
No it clearly says on syns online that polenta is 5 syns per 28g. If you choose to take it as free and are happy with your losses fair enough but it is technically synnable.
I can't get on the website now because I don't go to meetings but when I did go to meetings earlier this year both my consultant and I also found it listed with rice, couscous, quinoa and other grains on the 'free on Green' page' I printed it off and still have it somewhere. I know it's listed as 5syns per 28g on the syns online which is why I queried it in the first place, I've done SW on and off for over 10 years and it was always free when they just had Red and Green days. I only do Green days as I'm veggie so I do tend to stick with what I know.:D0 -
:jBought some new scales this morning ready for tomorrow's WI - I knew my old ones were wrong when I was lighter fully dressed in jeans and after eating a meal than I was starkers first thing in the morning!!
B: Scrambled eggs on toast, ketchup (1) (HEB)
L: Jacket spud with pasta n sauce (0.5)Asparagus risotto (3) (HEA)
Oaty bar 3.5. Might have fruit and yoghurt in a bit0 -

And that's fine if it works for you - I also count it as free when I have my occasional cornbread - but newcomers need to know what the official SW line is so they can make an informed decision about it.0 -

I got the WW ones, £18.99 from Argos, they had loads of good reviews and were a decent price:money:I would have liked the docror style ones but they were very dear  and wouldn't fit in my tiny bathroom! I'm quite looking forwards to getting weighed in the morningMight keep me on the straight and narrow tonight:rotfl:

Promised my son a chinese tonight after he asked during the week. I wanted to have a good week so told him the weekend we'd have one. Saved all my syns [bar 1] for it today.
B - weetabix hot water/milk [part a] coffee
Snack - apple x2, melon, pineapple, onken
L - couscous fritta, bbq sauce [1], pineapple, melon, 2x apple, onken
T - veg chow mein, couple spoons fried rice [shoulda be thai special fried rice but weren't and they forgot the meat grrr], tbsp sweet n sour sauce & 1 mini spring roll. If 14 syns don't cover it I have been under syns all week so hopefully will be ok.
