dairy is hea on all plans
but on green it can also be heb too

in theory you could have 4 portions of dairy a day but it would mean no cereal/bread etc

Phewww! Thank heavens! That's what I thought but then I went into a panic after seeing that! Haha! After the RUINING of the diet yesterday with a pizza and some cheesecake, that's all I need to hear! Haha :o

Right, I have planned it out a bit for today....

Breakfast - punnet of raspberries (S)
    Mid morning - satsuma (S)
Lunch - Pasta and sauce (1 syn, 0.5 A choice for milk), frozen mullerlight
Tea - 2 quorn fillets with 1 tbsp of bbq marinade (1 syn), lettuce (S), cucumber (S), beetroot(S), pickled cabbage (S), tomatoes (S), tinned new potatoes, 3 LC Extra Lights (0.5 A choice)
As much fluid as I can manage - not sure I'll do 7x 500mls though!

So that's 1 A choice, 7 speed foods and 2 syns so far.

I'm expecting a free Graze box this morning and so will probably use a B choice on nuts from the box - will see what comes.
Off to drink my body weight in water now...... need a pee just thinking about it!:o

    Morning
WI for me today and I lost 1lb. which brings my total to 7lbs lost.. so I get a half a stone sticker (or I would if I went to a class). Hurrah, I feel l ike I'm finally getting somewhere. It's obviously because I'm doing it properly now!
So, a green style 7 day something for me today:
oats, mixed berries and an activia yogurt (OMG this was amazing, will def have it again) HEB and a speed food
ryvita and banana (other bit of the B)
Not sure what lunch will be, maybe spagetti on toast. Or egg on toast... haven't got much in but will use a B for toast
    Satsumas (speed) Melon (speed)
and dinner will be delicious mince with cheesy mash - sort of a bolognese sauce made with quorn mince (speed) with carrots, peas, onion, passata and baked beans in (all speed I believe). I'll use both my As for cheese in the mash and then have some strawberries for pud. Syns will prob be a kitkat with casualty this evening.
I may go for a walk in the fat lane later, or do Rosemary Conley salsacise.
And a couple of gallons of water as well.

    Have a fab Saturday everyone

Ohhh nooooooo! I just saw TakeitEazy's post that cheese is a Healthy Extra B not A on a green day?! Is that right?! On my sheets it says that HEA are milk/cheese and that B are cereals/bread/meat etc! Don't tell me my sheets are wrong! Haha!

Can I just put you right here, what I actually said was PHILLY [as in philidelphia soft cheese] IS A HEB NOT A HEA. Didn't say anything about cheese which can be both.
Hope we're all clear on that, wouldn't want to be the cause of confusion :D
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

So is Philidelphia not a HEA? That's the only cheese I have and have been counting it as my HEA on greens! Ohhh this is confusing!

    morning all,

Baffledsalmon - I've just checked online (filled in a food diary) and 71g Philidelphia light is on there as a HEA on a green/red day - can someone else double check that though as I know there was a discussion about there not being enough calcium to have it as a HEA on red days or something. Have they changed the recipe lately??

I find the online food diary really p*nts.. i'm not sure whether its correct now or not either!

Right well i had an episode with a bag of chips a couple of days ago so i've been lying low:o but i've been on track since.. trying to go on a red day today see if i can minimise damage for this weeks weigh in, haven't really lost any weight in the last few weeks!

Brunch (didn't get out of bed till 11am oopps)
    - chicken, ham, beetroot, boiled egg, 4 ryvita, 2 dairylea light triangles, french fries (HEB, HEA, 4)
Tea - lamb shank, 198g potatoes, carrots (HEB)
    Snacks - strawberries, melon

I have 6 syns left over incase i want some ryvita Fruit crunch later.. i'll see how i go.

Hope everyone has a good weekend x

    Hi Jill,

I'm a bit confused with this actually.. its saying 4 syns on EE and green and 19.5 on red.. i put in yogurt as the free food allowance so not sure if that was right or not!! I knew there was a reason i never used the online service!!

If you can tell me the brand name then i can double check it...
