Afternoon all
DH has picked up a different low fat nat' yog' to my normal. Could someone please check out the syns for me.
77 cals per 100g
6.4 protein
2.7 fat
6.7
500g pack size
Thanks
it gives me 19.5 syns on all plans too, though I'm pretty sure that can't be right for a yoghurt!!!!When Life Throws You Lemons Make Lemonade0 -
Just done it again to double check and it says 4 syns on all plans, that sounds more like it!!When Life Throws You Lemons Make Lemonade0

I'd love to know for definite about the Philly. My book just lists low fat soft cheese as a HEB on Green. But if the site says different...I've been doing SW since October and had just two green days so that we could have pasta with Philly. On both occasions I made a mess of it.:rotfl:
I had a few too many syns yesterday due to going out to lunch. I know it's not strictly the 'right' way but I always have my syns Fri-Sun and then eat syn free all the week but generally have about 20 left just in case. This week, I know I'll need some for Wednesday as I'm going out with SIL for her birthday. After yesterday I'm unlikely to have any left by tomorrow unless I rein in today. I'm contemlplating a Syn (free) Saturday to compensate but I'm hating the idea!!
Today's menu:
B: NAS squash, HEB Puffed Wheat, raspberries and HEA milk
L: bacon, mushrooms and asparagus, satsumaSW chicken curry (with xtra veg), boiled rice and SW chips
Snacks: more fruit
Syns: wine (unless I can find will power)0 -
Ok so i've checked again..
There isn't that particular brand on the syns online BUT similar products at morrisons are 3 syns and asda 5... so i'd say 4 syns sounds about right. That was for the whole tub btw.
hope that helps..Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
I know I posted earlier but I was so excited when I stepped on the scales aftewards that I had to share as soon as I had a chance. I'd been moaning that I'd plateued, and I was disappointed but philosophical that I hadn't reached a certain 'magic' line on my scales in time for my birthday. Well, i'd been feeling a little 'congested' (IYKWIM) this week and after that seemed to resolve itself this morning I got on my scales and was below the magic line after all. So I reckon even with my consultant's scales I'd have reached my half stone off now. AND I'm wearing some 14s. Today is a good day!
I guess i just need to make sure I up my intake of free foods this week and keep things 'moving'.
