  • Into normal mode now. I cancelled the scan

    Firefox is working! It is also loading web pages correctly.

    It is also downloading the drivers for the touchpad

    Avg is also loading.

    Not quite sure what you have both done but it looks as though it has solved the problem?

    Any ideas as to what the problem was?

    post a hijackthis log

    uninstall avg, install avast 6 free, and do a full scan with malwarebytes after updating, fix anything found before closing

  • Seems that the built in mouse isn't working after all and the computer was downloading the drivers for the mouse that i have plugged in.
