Malware HELP!! Tried the sticky

I am unable to access the internet due to the malware and the mouse/trackpad has also now stopped so it's quite difficult to do anything on my other laptop.

I have downloaded the superantispyware programme and copied it to a usb memory stick. Now when i launch it on this laptop that i am writing this post it runs ok. On the other laptop it brings up this:

E:\SAS_554395.COM

File system error (-1073741792).

Now on startup of the other laptop i get this error:

RtHDVCpl.exe - Bad Image

C:\Windows\system32\MSIMG32.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.

If i try to launch firefox i get a similar message and internet explorer does not launch at all

Any help much appreciated

Would be grateful if

Try it in safe mode. Try rkill (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/anti-virus/rkill). Try Hitmanpro in 'force breach' mode (hold down left ctrl while you open it).

Try a bootable antivirus (https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/41653210#Comment_41653210) such as Avira, F-Secure, Dr Web (lets your browse web while it scans), Kaspersky, etc.

Will i need to access the internet from the laptop with the problem as i'm unable to?

I have downloaded rkill and copied it to a memory stick and had the same error message?

Do you think it is because im using vista on this computer and the other has windows 7?

No cd drive on the problematic netbook either! USB bootable ones seem to be less reliable?

I'd try and run malwarebytes ,maybe need to run rkill 1st. Or combofix.
Forget the usual antivirus progs as they hardly ever even see todays malware.

I can't seem to get any of the programmes to work after i've copied them to a usb drive? Is it due to me downloading them on vista?

I keep getting this error message:

    File system error (-1073741792).

with difficulty if no exe works at all, boot cd maybe.

How did you do a system restore if no exe works? If system restore works, try going back further.

How can you do anything without a mouse/keyboard?

    how did this start?
